Sigrid is the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA). Based in Singapore, she is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, initiatives and operations of the association across Asia Pacific. Under her leadership, APREA repositioned to an industry trade group focusing on real estate and infrastructure.

Sigrid joined APREA’s executive team in January 2019.

Prior to APREA, she served as Managing Director of Asia Pacific Research and Advisory Services of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) from 2010 through 2018, where she was responsible for research, thought leadership, strategy formulation and client management.  Before relocating to Singapore, she was based in Washington, D.C. and led C&W’s U.S. research group in the Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing all aspects of market research activities in the Washington, DC; Virginia; Suburban Maryland, Baltimore; and Philadelphia areas. Prior to joining C&W, Sigrid served as a Senior Economist for the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In that position, she developed NAR’s office, warehouse, retail, multi-family housing, and international research programs.

A recognized expert in global economic, public policy and real estate issues, Sigrid is a frequent speaker at industry events.  Her commentary on commercial and residential real estate markets is also regularly featured in a wide array of global publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Bloomberg, New York Times and Reuters. Additionally, she has made several television appearances on financial networks and radio such as CNBC, Bloomberg, CNN, National Public Radio and Channel News Asia.

Sigrid holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Master’s degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University. She is a member of several civic groups including the Rotary Club of Raffles City in Singapore, where she has served in various leadership positions, and serves in the Executive Committee of the Crohn’s & Colitis Society of Singapore.

Anshul Jain heads Cushman and Wakefield, India and South East Asia, and also the Asia Pacific Tenant Representation. He is responsible for developing and driving the business growth strategy in this sub- region. He has over 26 years of experience spanning the entire real estate services spectrum including commercial leasing, capital markets, tenant advisory and property and facility management. Well-versed on trends and issues impacting the real estate industry, Anshul has advised and delivered solutions to investors, developers and occupiers across the region and Europe to optimize their real estate objectives.

Preeti Chheda is the Chief Financial Officer of K Raheja Corp Investment Managers Private Limited, Manager to Mindspace Business Parks REIT. Preeti has been associated with K Raheja Corp group for over 17 years across various roles in including equity and debt fund raising, acquisitions, raising private equity for real estate projects, investor relations and financial reporting. Before joining KRC Group she has worked with Marico Limited, Shell Gas (LPG) and Cairn Energy.

Preeti is a qualified chartered accountant with over 24 years of work-ex. She is also a Company Secretary and a CFA Charterholder. Preeti has also passed the Uniform CPA Examination from the Colorado State Board of Accountancy, USA. She is also a member of the Hybrid Securities Advisory Committee constituted by the Securities and Exchange Board of India and on the Expert Committee on REITs and InvITs in IFSC GIFT CITY. She also won the Economic Times, Best CFO in Financial Leadership Award 2024 and the Business World Best Women CFO Award 2024.

A Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Mr Keki Mistry brings with him nearly four decades of varied work experience in the Banking & Financial Services domain.

In 1975, Mr Mistry began his career with AF Ferguson & Co, a renowned Chartered Accountancy Firm, followed by short stints with Hindustan Unilever Ltd and Indian Hotels Company Ltd

In 1981, Mr Mistry joined HDFC Ltd., India's premier housing finance company. Over the years he held several responsibilities, prior to being inducted onto its Board as Executive Director in 1993. He was appointed as the Managing Director in 2000, as the Vice Chairman & Managing Director in October 2007 and the Vice-Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation with effect from January 1, 2010. Mr Mistry is responsible for the overall functioning of the Corporation.

Mr Mistry has played a critical role in the successful transformation of HDFC into India's leading Financial Services Conglomerate by facilitating the formation of companies including HDFC Bank Ltd., HDFC Asset Management Company Ltd., HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd. and HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Ltd.

Besides being on the board of several HDFC Group companies, Mr Mistry is also on the Board of Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Torrent Power Ltd, Griha Investments - Mauritius, Griha Investments Pte Ltd – Singapore and Flipkart Private Limited - Singapore.  He is also on the Advisory Boards of a few Indian Corporates.

Mr Mistry has been a Consultant to the Commonwealth Development Corporation (CDC) in Thailand, Mauritius, Caribbean Islands and Jamaica, guiding the company to review and evaluate the operations of mortgage financial institutions in these countries. He has also been Consultant to the Mauritius Housing Company and Asian Development Bank.

He is a Member of Primary Market Advisory committee (PMAC) constituted by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and was a Member of Corporate Governance Committee constituted by SEBI in 2017 and Chairman of the CII Corporate Governance Committee 2016-17 to 2017-2018. He is currently the Chairman of the Cll National Council on Corporate Governance from 2019-20. He is also a Member of the CII Economic Affairs Council for 2021-22.

Some of Mr. Mistry's important recognitions include the ‘Lifetime Achievement Award for Corporate Governance’ for 2020 by the Asian Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability, 'CEO of The Year' under BFSI Category at CNBC Awaaz CEO Awards 2019, 'BMA Management Man of the Year 2016' at the 37th Bombay Management Association (BMA), 'Best Independent Director Award 2014' by Asian Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability, the Best CEO Financial Services (Large Companies) 2014 by Business Today magazine, CFO India Hall of Fame by the CFO India magazine in 2012, One of Best CEO for Investor Relations – India at the Thomson Reuters “Extel Awards” – 2012, Best Banker of the Year in 2011 by Financial Express, awarded the QIMPRO Gold Standard 2011– Leader for Quality in Business by the Qimpro Foundation, honored with the ‘CA Business Achiever of the year’ award in the Financial Sector by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2011, declared as the Best CFO in the Financial Services category by the ICAI for 2008, CNBC TV18's Award for the 'Best Performing CFO in the Financial Services Sector' for three consecutive years - 2006, 2007 & 2008 and CFO of the Year for 2008 and selection as the 'Best Investor Relations Officer' in the Corporate Governance poll by Asiamoney (2008).

Neel, an alumnus of Harvard Business School and a Masters' in Finance and Economics with a Degree in Law has about 26 years of rich business experience.

Neel heads the core real estate business and is now instrumental in setting up I.T. office parks and residential townships. He is on the Board of Chalet Hotels, hospitality division of the group, which manages seven 5‐star properties across India. He has successfully set up the brand 'Inorbit Malls' at pan India basis and Inorbit is now among the top 3 mall companies in the country.

Neel is also on the Board of 'Shoppers Stop', the country's prestigious department store chain.

He was selected as the Top 40 under 40 by Economic Times.

He chairs some of the important committees that shape key industry developments, like:

• APREA, Chairman, India Chapter.
• NAREDCO‐President, West.
• Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Chairman ‐ National Committee on Real Estate and Housing.
• Advisory Board Member, SCAI (Shopping Centres Association of India)

He has been appointed by the Government of India to study and suggest changes to the Special Economic Zone policy.

He was invited by the Honourable Prime Minister of India as a member of 'Champions of Change'.

Vikram Garg is a Senior Managing Director and the Head of Real Estate Asset Management Asia, based in Singapore.

Before joining Blackstone in 2014, Mr. Garg was a Director with Religare’s asset management business and prior to that worked with Deutsche Bank and The Chatterjee Group on pan- India real estate investments and asset management.

Mr. Garg received a Master of Business Administration from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, is a qualified accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has received an Honours Degree in Commerce from the University of Kolkata.
