Paul Adamiak is an Australian accomplished financial services executive with more than 20 years of experience, including 8 years in Europe, across fund administration, fiduciary services, and professional services, with a strong focus on business development and sales leadership.
Currently serving as Executive Vice President, Business Development at The Citco Group Limited, he leads the strategic growth initiatives for Australia, working closely with institutional clients, asset managers, and alternative investment firms. Since joining Citco in 2023, he has been responsible for driving market expansion, strengthening client relationships, and positioning the firm as a trusted partner within the funds and asset servicing landscape.
Prior to Citco, Paul Adamiak held senior leadership roles at TMF Group, including Head of Fund Services Sales, Asia Pacific and Commercial Director, where he executed regional sales strategies, built high-performing teams, and delivered sustained revenue growth across multiple jurisdictions. Earlier roles at TMF Group in both Amsterdam and Sydney spanned nearly a decade and included senior management and team leadership positions, within the fund & corporate services division.
Paul Adamiak’s career began in professional and financial services roles at Crowe Horwath, BDO, Allco Finance Group & Evolution Trustees, building a strong technical foundation in accounting, structured finance, corporate & trustee services.
Paul Adamiak is a member of the Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.

He has also served as PM Scott Morrison’s Special Envoy for Global Business and Talent Attraction.
In September this year, Peter helped launch the Global REIT Alliance, a new international body comprising REIT advocates from 24 countries and regions.
In 2019, Peter was inducted as an Officer of the Order of Australia for services to the property investment industry.

Ms. Safdar is an Associate Director in AEW Research (Asia Pacific) where she supports both the Direct and Indirect Investment teams in the region. She has over ten years of real estate experience which she relies on to provide top-down research and strategy support for all new and existing property investments. Ms. Safdar joined AEW in 2018 from Cambridge Associates, where she conducted fund manager research and due diligence projects across Asia Pacific’s real estate and infrastructure managers. Prior to that, she also held a research position at DTZ in Singapore. Ms. Safdar is a graduate of the National University of Singapore (B.Sc).

Ben Hickey, Director and Head of Australasia for BlackRock APAC Real Estate, leads the Australian and New Zealand Real Estate business, overseeing investment activities in the region. He is also a Challenger member of the Global Value Add Investment Committee. Ben's service for the firm dates back to 2015. During his tenure with the company he has been responsible for a wide range of real estate related functions including acquisitions, asset management and dispositions. Yian Wang is the Chief Investment Officer for AEW Asia Pacific, responsible for overseeing all of AEW’s commingled and direct investments in the Asia Pacific. Ms. Wang plays an integral part within the firm’s Senior Leadership Team, actively contributing to AEW’s overall strategic vision and direction. She is also a member of the AEW Asia Pacific Investment and Risk Management Committees. Based in Hong Kong, she has extensive portfolio and asset management experience across the different Asian markets in which AEW invests. Ms. Wang has worked in both Mainland China and Hong Kong with prior investment management roles including Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing and Hongkong Land, a subsidiary of Jardine Matheson Group. She graduated with First Class Honors from the University of Cambridge and has an M.A., M. Eng and B.A. in Chemical Engineering and was a recipient of the prestigious Jardine Scholarship.

His previous roles as MD & CEO of Frontier Energy and Global Head of Hydrogen at Xodus Group (Subsea7) provide him with a unique operator's perspective on financing, building, and scaling energy projects. Sam was pivotal in launching Australia’s first green hydrogen microgrid at ATCO, enhancing his understanding of the commercial realities of innovation. Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Ms Ingram joined JLL’s Asia Pacific capital markets team based out of Hong Kong in 2013 and has since worked in numerous locations including Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo and Europe. She joined the European Capital Markets team in 2017 out of London, with a focus on both the Office and Life Sciences sector across Europe. During this time, she worked on a number of notable European portfolio transactions including the acquisition of Kadans Science Partners Life Sciences portfolio on behalf of AXA from Oaktree.
In January 2022, she took on the new role as Head of Sustainability for European capital markets in 2022 whereby she is sector agnostic and focused on helping clients integrate ESG into investment processes to maximise value and liquidity.
She recently moved back to the APAC region basing herself out of Australia to expand her European role and drive sustainability across the APAC Capital Markets team and work alongside JLL’s new Energy & Infrastructure business focusing on early-stage development opportunities in Australia.

Prior to joining AustralianSuper in 2013, Nadeem spent nine years at BlackRock Investment Management within their property team. Kemmu Kawai joined Longevity Partners Japan in September 2022 as the Country Director. Based in Tokyo, he oversees all operations and activities in Japan, the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. He brings him more than 16 years of experience in finance where he specialised in real estate and credit investments. Before joining Longevity Partners, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Norinchukin Bank and as Investment Manager at Center Point Development.
