Sigrid is the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA). Based in Singapore, she is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, initiatives and operations of the association across Asia Pacific. Under her leadership, APREA repositioned to an industry trade group focusing on real estate and infrastructure.
Sigrid joined APREA’s executive team in January 2019.
Prior to APREA, she served as Managing Director of Asia Pacific Research and Advisory Services of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) from 2010 through 2018, where she was responsible for research, thought leadership, strategy formulation and client management. Before relocating to Singapore, she was based in Washington, D.C. and led C&W’s U.S. research group in the Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing all aspects of market research activities in the Washington, DC; Virginia; Suburban Maryland, Baltimore; and Philadelphia areas. Prior to joining C&W, Sigrid served as a Senior Economist for the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In that position, she developed NAR’s office, warehouse, retail, multi-family housing, and international research programs.
A recognized expert in global economic, public policy and real estate issues, Sigrid is a frequent speaker at industry events. Her commentary on commercial and residential real estate markets is also regularly featured in a wide array of global publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Bloomberg, New York Times and Reuters. Additionally, she has made several television appearances on financial networks and radio such as CNBC, Bloomberg, CNN, National Public Radio and Channel News Asia.
Sigrid holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Master’s degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University. She is a member of several civic groups including the Rotary Club of Raffles City in Singapore, where she has served in various leadership positions, and serves in the Executive Committee of the Crohn’s & Colitis Society of Singapore.

Cameron joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 and is now the Head of Global Occupier Services (GOS) in Asia Pacific. As such, he provides the leadership and strategic direction for the GOS business in the region. In addition to leading the business, he is responsible for overseeing and developing the overall GOS growth strategy for the region, with an emphasis on Integrated Portfolio Management (IPM), Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Total Workplace (TW) Businesses & Platform.
Cameron has over 20 years of experience within the real estate industry. He has a strong technical background, progressed through client and account management, and held senior roles within developing and leading various lines-of-business. He has also honed his expertise in client and account management with a deep understanding of the issues faced by corporate occupiers in today’s evolving business landscape and the most effective solutions to meet their corporate objectives.
Under Cameron's leadership, his team has supported occupier clients who are increasingly seeking globally integrated solutions that address their real estate requirements and support their business goals, including sustainability and workplace culture.

Magdelene is a Partner with PwC Singapore with over 24 years of professional experience providing assurance and financial advisory services to multinational and listed clients. Her main focus is on the real estate industry and her key clients include sovereign wealth funds, real estate developers, real estate investors, funds and hotels. Previously, she has spent four years with the Global Capital Markets Group and M&A team, including a tour of duty to the London office.
Beyond her experience in financial and operational audit, she has accumulated specific experience in corporate governance, financial reporting, investigations, global capital markets, data audits, M&A transactions, post- deal implementation and finance effectiveness. She is passionate about digitalisation, and in her previous role as PwC’s Assurance Transformation programLeader in Singapore, she was responsible for driving the digital strategy and transformation mes.
Magdelene has been conferred a Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore by ISCA and CPA Australia. Within ISCA, she serves as a member in the Valuation Committee. She is part of the firm’s real estate focus group and active within the real estate community. At the Urban Land Institute, she serves as a Global Governing Trustee and co-chairs the finance committee as a member on the Urban Land Institute Asia Pacific Board. Beyond real estate, she serves as a Board and Audit Committee member at the Singapore National Parks Board and the Stroke Support Station.

Tanya Chiaranussati is a Director in the investments and asset management team. Based in Singapore, she focuses on the acquisition, value enhancement, and realization activities for the firm’s diverse strategies across the Asia Pacific region.
Before joining SC Capital Partners, Ms. Chiaranussati was a Portfolio Manager at Eastspring Investments, the investment arm of Prudential plc, where she managed the Asia Pacific Growth Fund and conducted in-depth fundamental analysis across various sectors and countries. Her portfolio management experience also includes managing the Global Equities Fund at Mondrian Investment Partners in London. Earlier in her career, she worked as an investment banker at Credit Suisse in London.
Ms. Chiaranussati earned a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St John’s College, University of Cambridge, and is a CFA charter holder.

Natalie as Chief Executive, Singapore leads Cushman & Wakefield’s full-service platform across brokerage, projects, and facility management. She oversees a team of more than 2,000 employees from both the commercial real estate and C&W Services businesses.
While she took on the expanded role in early 2024, she has been leading the C&W Services business since 2020, managing a portfolio of 100 million sq ft, making it the largest provider of facilities management services in Singapore.
Natalie has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate having worked across business functions and organisations. Within Cushman & Wakefield she was General Council for Asia Pacific based out of Sydney before moving to Singapore. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles at CBRE and Macquarie Bank and contributed her legal expertise at Minter Ellison.
Natalie brings a dynamic, cross-functional, high impact approach to her work. She is passionate about creating high-performing and inclusive cultures. She has been instrumental in implementation of initiatives such as digital upskilling, disability employment, and corporate volunteering. She is also the Asia Pacific Executive Sponsor of WIN – Women’s Integrated Network, an employee resource group focused on gender equality.
Natalie is a leading voice in the industry and has been featured in leading publications such as The Business Times, Asia Business Outlook, CEO Insights Asia and has spoken at CoreNet Global Summit, Singapore Green Building Council Conference and IBEW.
Under her leadership, C&W Services has achieved numerous milestones, including becoming the first facilities management firm in Singapore to attain WELL v2 Gold certification. Kemmu Kawai joined Longevity Partners Japan in September 2022 as the Country Director. Based in Tokyo, he oversees all operations and activities in Japan, the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. He brings him more than 16 years of experience in finance where he specialised in real estate and credit investments. Before joining Longevity Partners, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Norinchukin Bank and as Investment Manager at Center Point Development.
