Reeves Yan is Executive Director and Head of Capital Markets of CBRE Advisory Hong Kong Limited. He is responsible for the Capital Markets business for CBRE in Hong Kong and lead a team of consultants in delivering world-class investment solutions to clients.
Reeves has over 15 years real estate experience. Prior to joining CBRE, Reeves was with Colliers International Hong Kong as Executive Director of Capital Markets and Investment Services, where he led a team to provide consultancy services on investment property acquisitions and disposals in Hong Kong.
Reeves started his career in real estate as a valuation surveyor, and progressively moved into property investment space at Colliers, rising as one of the top deal makers in the industry. With his well proven track record and valuable experience, he delivers high standard of professional services to property developers, institutional fund managers, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, PRC and overseas investors, etc.
Earlier in his career, he was named Young Surveyor of the Year (then Young Achiever of the Year) by RICS Hong Kong Awards in 2013 in recognition of his contribution to the profession. Reeves has been Accessor of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors from 2019 to 2021. Reeves also led Capital Markets team to win the most prestigious awards in the industry - RICS Agency Team of the Year 2021 and RICS Best Deal of The Year 2022.

Jing is a Senior Director in Alternatives and Strategic Transactions team at Nuveen. She leads the build out of the data centre subsector of Nuveen Real Estate’s alternative portfolio.
Jing joined Nuveen from CBRE where she worked in the Data Centre Solutions team and provided advisory services in the Data Centre sector across APAC region. Prior to that, Jing worked for six years at Digital Realty (NYSE: DLR/S&P 500), where she held several management roles in portfolio asset management team and investment team. She also served as the company’s spokeswomen in Hong Kong. Jing started her real estate career at Eureka Fund Management (now known as AXA IM Australia) in 2006, where she managed the finance function for an AUD $800 million commercial property and hotel fund as part of the company’s AUD $4 billion AUM.
Jing graduated with a Bachelor's of Law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law (China) and a Masters of Professional Accounting from Wollongong University (Australia) and she is a Certified Public Accountant.

Kelvin Chan is the Executive Director, Head of Capital Advisors of CBRE Hong Kong. He is responsible for the growth of the investment advisory arm of CBRE, which focuses on capital raising, structured investments and M&A services. He was previously CBRE’s Head of Capital Markets, China.
Kelvin has more than 20 years’ commercial real estate transaction and advisory experience across Asia, specializing in investments, asset management, risk management, capital management, and funds management. Prior to joining CBRE, he held a number of executive roles at PAG and Macquarie Group where he was involved in transactions of all major real estate asset classes in China and across Asia.
Kelvin is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, as well as a Member of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand as well as a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin and has lived in Hong Kong, China and Australia.

Clare is the Managing Director, Greater China, for IQ-EQ, a global operation specialist that provides investor solutions as well as middle and back-office support to fund managers, asset owners and corporations.
Clare began her career in funds with The Carlyle Group in Washington DC and was responsible for fund operation, investment structuring, internal procedure and investor relations for all European Buyout and Venture funds. After relocating to Hong Kong, she took on the Head of Middle Office role at CDIB Capital, the private equity asset management arm of China Development Industrial Bank. After CDIB, she also gained vast experience in operations, business development, strategic planning and management on the sell side.
Prior to joining IQ-EQ, Clare was an Executive Director for Fosun Group’s real estate arm, where she held various responsibilities over time, including fund management, acquisition, divestment, capital structuring, fundraising and investor relations. After
Fosun, Clare moved from Shanghai to Hong Kong and looked after fundraising activities and investor relations as an Executive Director and Head of Capital Markets for special situation strategies for COS Capital, China Orient Asset Management’s real estate private equity fund manager.
Clare holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentration in Finance and Accounting, cum laude, from Georgetown University and a Master of Science in Finance from George Washington University. She was also an exchange scholar focusing on International Finance and International Marketing at University of Oxford.

Kemmu Kawai joined Longevity Partners Japan in September 2022 as the Country Director. Based in Tokyo, he oversees all operations and activities in Japan, the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. He brings him more than 16 years of experience in finance where he specialised in real estate and credit investments. Before joining Longevity Partners, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Norinchukin Bank and as Investment Manager at Center Point Development.
