Daniel Feldmann joined Hazelview Investmeants (formerly Timbercreek Equities Corp) in February 2012 as Analyst, Global Real Estate Securities. Daniel is based in the Hong Kong office and in his current role is responsible for co-managing Hazelview’s global real estate securities strategies, the financial analyses, valuation and investment recommendation of global real estate sectors and securities.
Daniel has over 12 years of experience in finance, accounting and capital markets and has worked in the public real estate investment market since 2010. Daniel was responsible for Hazelview’s European real estate securities coverage in the Zurich office before transferring to Hong Kong in June 2016 to establish the company's local Asian presence. Prior to joining Hazelview, Daniel was an Analyst of global real estate securities at 4IP Management AG, an Analyst of global real estate securities at Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. Corporate Finance (Switzerland) AG and a Funds Analyst at UBS AG.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Banking and Finance, a Master of Arts in Economics and Business Administration and a Ph.D in Business Administration from the University of Zurich. He holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.

Matthew Nortcliff is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Investment Funds group. Matthew advises managers on the establishment, operation, and regulatory matters of a wide range of funds, structured investments and joint ventures with a particular focus on the real assets, venture capital, and technology sectors. He also advises investors on their fund investments and corporate/ real asset transactions across Asia and globally.
Matthew is recognized as a Leading Lawyer in both Legal 500 and Chambers directories. His client base includes institutional GPs and LPs, boutique fund managers, and major regional property investors.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Matthew was head of CMS’ Funds and Indirect Real Estate Practice in Asia, and has been based in Singapore since 2010.

Ms. Chang Rui Hua has been appointed as Managing Director, Business Management and Investment, ESR Hong Kong since April 2023. She focuses on looking after our business in Hong Kong region, including our fund management arm and lead our China REIT initiatives and execution. Ms. Chang will also hold the concurrent role of Executive Director and Responsible Officer for ESR HK Asset Management Limited (the fund management arm for Hong Kong).
Ms. Chang was previously Group Head, Capital Markets and Investor Relations for the Group, managing capital and public market activities including strategic merger and acquisition investments at ESR group level; leads the Group’s investor relations function and provides insights on market developments.
Before joining ESR, Ms. Chang was with the CapitaLand Group for six years, where she was leading the Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Corporate Planning and fund raising in China; as well as the CapitaLand Group’s Investor Relations and Capital Markets Compliance based in Singapore. She was also a key member of the team that led the privatisation of CapitaMall Asia in 2014. Prior to that, Ms. Chang was an investment banker with China International Capital Corporation and DBS Bank Ltd from 2006 to 2013.
Ms. Chang holds a Masters’ in International Public Policy (Merit) from University College London, Department of Politics and a BSc in Social Science, Economics (2nd Upper Class Honors) from the National University of Singapore. She completed the Advanced Management Programme at Booth School of Business, University of Chicago. She is also a holder of the International Certificate of Investor Relations
(ICIR) and Chartered Manager Fellow.

Yian Wang is the Chief Investment Officer for AEW Asia Pacific, responsible for overseeing all of AEW’s commingled and direct investments in the Asia Pacific. Ms. Wang plays an integral part within the firm’s Senior Leadership Team, actively contributing to AEW’s overall strategic vision and direction. She is also a member of the AEW Asia Pacific Investment and Risk Management Committees. Based in Hong Kong, she has extensive portfolio and asset management experience across the different Asian markets in which AEW invests. Ms. Wang has worked in both Mainland China and Hong Kong with prior investment management roles including Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing and Hongkong Land, a subsidiary of Jardine Matheson Group. She graduated with First Class Honors from the University of Cambridge and has an M.A., M. Eng and B.A. in Chemical Engineering and was a recipient of the prestigious Jardine Scholarship.

Ms. Lee is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Phoenix Property Investors. She has over 20 years of experience in Private Equity, Principal Investing and M&A across industries including real estate, logistics, aircraft leasing, shipping, Energy and Natural Resources and Financial Institutions. Ms. Lee joined Phoenix from Warwick Investment Group where she was responsible for New Businesses with a focus on real estate.
Ms. Lee began her career with Morgan Stanley’s Mergers, Acquisitions, Restructuring and Divestitures Group. Ms. Lee has also worked in Fortress Investment Group’s private equity team and Goldman Sachs’ Global Commodities Principal Investment Group in New York. From 2009-2015, Ms. Lee joined Noble Group, a Global Commodity trading and investing company, and managed a global team of professionals based in New York, Sao Paolo, Singapore and Hong Kong. At Noble, Ms. Lee held positions including Global Head of M&A, Head of Principal Investing for the Americas and Managing Director of Financial Services. Ms. Lee also served as the APAC’s co-Head of Energy Natural Resources for Natixis’ Corporate and Investment Bank Group based in Hong Kong.
Ms. Lee graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors from Harvard University with a degree in East Asian Studies.

Kelvin Chan is the Executive Director, Head of Capital Advisors of CBRE Hong Kong. He is responsible for the growth of the investment advisory arm of CBRE, which focuses on capital raising, structured investments and M&A services. He was previously CBRE’s Head of Capital Markets, China.
Kelvin has more than 20 years’ commercial real estate transaction and advisory experience across Asia, specializing in investments, asset management, risk management, capital management, and funds management. Prior to joining CBRE, he held a number of executive roles at PAG and Macquarie Group where he was involved in transactions of all major real estate asset classes in China and across Asia.
Kelvin is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, as well as a Member of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand as well as a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin and has lived in Hong Kong, China and Australia.

Raymond is a Senior Vice President, Head of Greater China & Southeast Asia, in the firm’s Client Service & Marketing group. In this role, he will lead the firm’s client service and marketing activities in the region, enhancing our market presence and delivering Heitman’s innovative investment solutions to investors and consultants in strategic Asia markets. Prior to joining Heitman, Raymond was a Managing Director and Partner at China Orient Summit Capital (COS) and was responsible for investment and global business development. He previously worked at Gaw Capital, where he was responsible for investment in the Greater China region. Raymond started his career at B+H Architects in Toronto.
Raymond earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from University of Toronto and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional.

Kemmu Kawai joined Longevity Partners Japan in September 2022 as the Country Director. Based in Tokyo, he oversees all operations and activities in Japan, the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. He brings him more than 16 years of experience in finance where he specialised in real estate and credit investments. Before joining Longevity Partners, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Norinchukin Bank and as Investment Manager at Center Point Development.
