Mr Lim has extensive experience in the investment management and real estate sectors. From 1986 to 1995, he was with Jones Lang Wootton in Sydney, where his last held position was Research Director. He joined Suncorp Investments, Brisbane, Australia and worked as the Portfolio Manager of Property Funds from 1995 to 1997. From 1997 to 2008, he was with the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, where his last held position was Regional Manager.
From 2008 to 2011, Mr Lim was a Managing Director of GIC Real Estate. His responsibilities included being the Regional Head of Property Investment for Australia, Japan and Southeast Asia and the Global Head of the Corporate Investments Group that invests in public REITs and property companies.
Mr. Lim is currently the Chairman of Cromwell European REIT, the only Pan- European REIT listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX- ST”). He also sits on the board of General Property Trust Group and Sunway Berhad. Mr Lim sat on the board of Global Logistic Properties Limited, before it was delisted in2018.

Hamish MacDonald, Managing Director, is Head and Chief Investment Officer of Asia Pacific Real Estate, leading BlackRock's real estate activities across the region. Hamish is responsible for the strategy and management of the business operations as well as the real estate funds and assets managed in the region. He is a member of the Global Value Add Real Estate Investment Committee.
Hamish's service with the firm dates back to 2007, including his years with MGPA, which was acquired by BlackRock in 2013. He originally joined the London office where he was Head of Acquisitions - UK and in 2012 he established the office in Sydney. Hamish began his career in real estate in 1999 and has been focusing on the sourcing and management of value add investment opportunities since 2007. Hamish began his career in Sydney where he was a Development Manager at the Mirvac Group and a Commercial Advisor at Colliers International.
Hamish has a BComm. with majors in Economics and Finance from the University of Sydney and is a Committee Member of the Property Council of Australia.

Yian Wang is the Chief Investment Officer for AEW Asia Pacific, responsible for overseeing all of AEW’s commingled and direct investments in the Asia Pacific. Ms. Wang plays an integral part within the firm’s Senior Leadership Team, actively contributing to AEW’s overall strategic vision and direction. She is also a member of the AEW Asia Pacific Investment and Risk Management Committees. Based in Hong Kong, she has extensive portfolio and asset management experience across the different Asian markets in which AEW invests. Ms. Wang has worked in both Mainland China and Hong Kong with prior investment management roles including Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing and Hongkong Land, a subsidiary of Jardine Matheson Group. She graduated with First Class Honors from the University of Cambridge and has an M.A., M. Eng and B.A. in Chemical Engineering and was a recipient of the prestigious Jardine Scholarship.

Angelo has over 25 years of experience in real estate funds management, corporate finance and law.
Angelo is responsible for driving the growth of CLI Australia’s business including direct property and private credit funds.
Prior to joining CLI, Angelo was the Head of Real Estate Private Capital at Barrenjoey Capital Partners. Prior to that, he was the Head of Asia Pacific Real Estate and Co-Head of Investment Banking and Capital Markets at Credit Suisse Australia. Angelo has had a distinguished career in real estate financing and advisory across Asia Pacific, with extensive experience in delivering real estate equity and debt opportunities, for both institutional and private investors.
Angelo holds a Graduate Diploma in Finance from Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA). He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science from Monash University.

Rodney Fung joined La Caisse, formerly Ivanhoe Cambridge, in 2016 and is Managing Director, Real Estate, Asia Pacific. He is responsible for the Portfolio Management and Asset Management as well as strategic relationships across the investments in Asia-Pacific.
Prior to this, Rodney was an Associate Director at Goodman Group responsible for the Goodman Hong Kong Logistics Fund and Goodman SEA venture. He also held positions in China private equity real estate and previously at Macquarie Group in various fund management roles in Sydney and Hong Kong, covering unlisted and listed investments across multiple sectors in Australia, North America and Asia.

Viji Yogavaran currently manages Australian Unity’s Healthcare Property Trust, with an AUM of $3.3 billion. She brings over 20 years of real estate funds management experience to the role, spanning asset management, capital transactions, treasury, finance and corporate governance.
Prior to Australian Unity, Viji was the Fund Manager at Centuria Healthcare, where she managed a portfolio of healthcare property funds.
She has also held senior roles at Investa Property Group, having worked in an ASX-listed office fund, an institutional mandate and Investa’s balance sheet portfolio.

Peter Verwer is the former CEO of both APREA and the Property Council of Australia.
He has also served as PM Scott Morrison’s Special Envoy for Global Business and Talent Attraction.
In September this year, Peter helped launch the Global REIT Alliance, a new international body comprising REIT advocates from 24 countries and regions.
In 2019, Peter was inducted as an Officer of the Order of Australia for services to the property investment industry.

Kemmu Kawai joined Longevity Partners Japan in September 2022 as the Country Director. Based in Tokyo, he oversees all operations and activities in Japan, the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. He brings him more than 16 years of experience in finance where he specialised in real estate and credit investments. Before joining Longevity Partners, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Norinchukin Bank and as Investment Manager at Center Point Development.
