Leonie Wilkinson is a Senior Vice President in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, Ms. Wilkinson is responsible for working with Brookfield’s local and global teams in overseeing portfolio management for Brookfield’s Australian core and core-plus real estate investment strategies, including fund and asset performance, return profile, and pursuit of acquisition and disposition opportunities.
Ms. Wilkinson has over 20 years of experience in real estate funds management, and prior to joining Brookfield in 2020, was a member of the Queensland Investment Corporation (“QIC”) Executive Committee. Before joining QIC, Ms. Wilkinson held senior roles at LaSalle and Macquarie Capital, focused on real estate private equity advisory, capital raising and investment management.
Ms. Wilkinson holds a first-class honours degree in Mathematics and Finance from the University of Wollongong, and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. She also serves as Chair of Urban Land Institute (“ULI”) Australia on the ULI Asia Pacific Executive Committee.

As Chief Executive Officer at Investa Peter is responsible for the overall strategic direction and leadership of the group, across the office and funds businesses.
Peter has broad property, funds management and finance experience gained during his many years in the industry and prior to joining Investa held senior roles with AMP Capital Investors and BDO.
Prior to being appointed to CEO, Peter held the position of Chief Investment Officer, where he was responsible for identifying and implementing strategic group initiatives, managing capital relationships, overseeing capital transactions, research and commercial developments and providing investment support for all platform clients, with the objective of optimising investment performance.
Previously he held the role of Fund Manager of Investa Commercial Property Fund (ICPF), where he was responsible for the daily management and strategic direction of the fund.

Jonathan is a global citizen, having held senior executive and board roles across Asia and Europe in real estate, venture capital, technology, and infrastructure-related investments
In 2015, Jonathan jointly founded Taronga Ventures, Asia’s leading technology and innovation investor focused on the real estate sector and the wider built environment. His vision is to bridge the gap between real estate institutions and corporates and the emerging technology companies that are now targeting the real estate sector. Through Taronga Ventures, Jonathan’s focus is on real estate technology (RealTech) investments that drive real and measurable impact across ESG, including carbon reduction, renewable energy, sustainability, and health & safety.
Prior to Taronga Ventures, Jonathan has also held executive roles at Mirvac, as a Director at AREIM in Sweden and as the Portfolio Manager Asia for the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) during a period when ADIA completed more than 40 transactions across Asia. In other roles, Jonathan has lived and worked in China, the Philippines and Singapore with Savills, and was also the Managing Director South East Asia based in Singapore for ING Real Estate.
Jonathan attended the INSEAD AMP course in Singapore & Abu Dhabi in 2015-2016. He holds an MBA from the University of South Australia, a Bachelor of Planning & Design and a Bachelor of Town & Regional Planning from the University of Melbourne. He also completed postgraduate studies at Tsinghua University and is fluent in Mandarin and Swedish.

Ruben Langbroek is Head of Asia Pacific for GRESB. Mission-driven and investor-led, GRESB is the environmental, social and governance (ESG) benchmark for real assets. GRESB works in collaboration with the industry to provide standardized and validated ESG data to the capital markets. More than 150 institutional investors, with over USD 50 trillion in AUM, use GRESB data to monitor their investments, engage with their managers, and make decisions that lead to a more sustainable real asset industry.
Ruben is responsible for the strategic growth of GRESB in Asia Pacific, by strengthening and further developing GRESB’s relationship with institutional investors, investment managers, asset operators, and industry associations.
Ruben has extensive experience in the real asset investment sector and has been working in the Asia Pacific region for the last decade. He previously worked at a European property fund manager and at a global real estate consultancy in the Netherlands, Hong Kong and in Singapore. Ruben holds master’s degrees in Building Engineering and in Real Estate Investments.

Natalie joined Dexus in July 2021 as the Head of Institutional Capital Development. In this role, Natalie is responsible for the creation and execution of the institutional capital strategy for Dexus’ Funds Management business. This includes the management of institutional capital relationships, equity raising and marketing of new products to grow the Dexus platform. Natalie will work with both Australian and international institutional investors to best invest their capital in the Australian real estate market.
Prior to her current role, Natalie was the Head of Investor Relations for Lendlease Investment Management. She was responsible for maintaining relationships with existing institutional investors and leading the investor relations team focussed on investor requirements, coordination of investor reporting and regular fund updates. Prior to this, Natalie worked within Lendlease’s Investment and Capital Markets team. In this role, Natalie held responsibility for the structuring, analysis and marketing of any new wholesale investment products developed by Lendlease Funds Management.
Natalie has over 11 years’ experience in the property industry. Prior to joining Lendlease, Natalie had five years’ experience across financial accounting and analysis roles within Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Babcock & Brown.
Natalie holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and holds a Master of Applied Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia. Natalie is also the Chairperson for the ANREV Young Professionals.

Kemmu Kawai joined Longevity Partners Japan in September 2022 as the Country Director. Based in Tokyo, he oversees all operations and activities in Japan, the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. He brings him more than 16 years of experience in finance where he specialised in real estate and credit investments. Before joining Longevity Partners, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Norinchukin Bank and as Investment Manager at Center Point Development.
