Hamish MacDonald, Managing Director, is Head and Chief Investment Officer of Asia Pacific Real Estate, leading BlackRock's real estate activities across the region. Hamish is responsible for the strategy and management of the business operations as well as the real estate funds and assets managed in the region. He is a member of the Global Value Add Real Estate Investment Committee.
Hamish's service with the firm dates back to 2007, including his years with MGPA, which was acquired by BlackRock in 2013. He originally joined the London office where he was Head of Acquisitions - UK and in 2012 he established the office in Sydney. Hamish began his career in real estate in 1999 and has been focusing on the sourcing and management of value add investment opportunities since 2007. Hamish began his career in Sydney where he was a Development Manager at the Mirvac Group and a Commercial Advisor at Colliers International.
Hamish has a BComm. with majors in Economics and Finance from the University of Sydney and is a Committee Member of the Property Council of Australia.

Deborah Coakley is Executive General Manager, Funds Management with responsibility for managing Dexus’s $25.9 funds management business which comprises a number of wholesale pooled funds, capital partnerships, retail funds and listed REITs.
She has more than 25 years’ experience in management roles in consulting, human resources and outsourcing gained in organisations such as Deloitte, Qantas and Alexander Mann Solutions.
Deborah is an Executive Director of Dexus Wholesale Funds Limited and Dexus Asset Management Limited. She is also a Director of the Property Council of Australia and is a non-Executive Director of the Children’s Cancer Institute. She holds a Bachelor of Business degree from University of Technology Sydney and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Scott Mosely was appointed as CEO, Funds Management in November 2022. In his role, Scott is responsible for Mirvac’s growing funds management platform, which includes ensuring a continued focus on best-in-class governance and delivering strong returns for the Group’s third-party capital partners.
Scott is an internationally experienced real estate executive with over 25 years of experience across Construction, Development, Funds Management and Investment Capital Markets having worked in Australia, Europe, the United Kingdom and Asia. Scott has held various leadership and senior management roles, most recently as Managing Director for Lendlease’s $28bn Australian funds management business, where he was responsible for overseeing the funds management and asset management business. Scott’s established relationships and experience in the real estate capital and transactional markets provide him with a clear understanding of the key drivers and considerations around investor governance and investment decisions.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Construction Management (Hons) and a Master of Applied Finance and Investment.

Mr Greg Chubb leads and oversees the group’s asset management, leasing and operations outside Mainland China and Hong Kong. He joined Link Asset Management Limited in April 2022, bringing extensive experience across retail, commercial real estate funds and REIT operations. He is also a director of a number of subsidiaries of Link. He has expertise in shaping commercial portfolios, particularly in delivering an optimal business mix with strong customer appeal through active asset management. Prior to joining Link, Mr Chubb was an executive director of Charter Hall Retail REIT, which is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, and the Retail Chief Executive Officer of Charter Hall Group. Prior to that, Mr Chubb held various leadership roles in Australia at Coles Supermarkets, Mirvac and Lend Lease, and was based in Hong Kong with Jones Lang LaSalle between 2009 and 2010.
Mr Chubb holds a Bachelor of Business in Land Economy from Western Sydney University. He is a Fellow of Australian Property Institute and was the Joint Deputy Chairman of the Shopping Centre Council of Australia.

Glen has responsibility for sales, marketing and new product strategies across Funds Management, Debt Markets, Perpetual Digital and Singapore service offerings. He has spent the past nine years managing the PCT sales and marketing team and its growing client base in Australia, the Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas. His strengths are in developing client relationships and executing against business development and marketing strategies - skills he has honed over 20 years in the financial services industry.
Prior to Glen’s current role, he was the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing in Perpetual’s Singapore business, where he was instrumental in growing the company’s Asian trustee business. He was primarily responsible for helping clients list their fund vehicles on the Singapore Stock Exchange as well as assisting them with cross-border transactions into Australia.
Glen holds a Bachelor of Accounting and sits on the Perpetual Corporate Trust Investment Committee.

Kemmu Kawai joined Longevity Partners Japan in September 2022 as the Country Director. Based in Tokyo, he oversees all operations and activities in Japan, the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. He brings him more than 16 years of experience in finance where he specialised in real estate and credit investments. Before joining Longevity Partners, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Norinchukin Bank and as Investment Manager at Center Point Development.
