Sigrid is the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA). Based in Singapore, she is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, initiatives and operations of the association across Asia Pacific. Under her leadership, APREA repositioned to an industry trade group focusing on real estate and infrastructure.
Sigrid joined APREA’s executive team in January 2019.
Prior to APREA, she served as Managing Director of Asia Pacific Research and Advisory Services of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) from 2010 through 2018, where she was responsible for research, thought leadership, strategy formulation and client management. Before relocating to Singapore, she was based in Washington, D.C. and led C&W’s U.S. research group in the Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing all aspects of market research activities in the Washington, DC; Virginia; Suburban Maryland, Baltimore; and Philadelphia areas. Prior to joining C&W, Sigrid served as a Senior Economist for the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In that position, she developed NAR’s office, warehouse, retail, multi-family housing, and international research programs.
A recognized expert in global economic, public policy and real estate issues, Sigrid is a frequent speaker at industry events. Her commentary on commercial and residential real estate markets is also regularly featured in a wide array of global publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Bloomberg, New York Times and Reuters. Additionally, she has made several television appearances on financial networks and radio such as CNBC, Bloomberg, CNN, National Public Radio and Channel News Asia.
Sigrid holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Master’s degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University. She is a member of several civic groups including the Rotary Club of Raffles City in Singapore, where she has served in various leadership positions, and serves in the Executive Committee of the Crohn’s & Colitis Society of Singapore.

Ashish Shah is a Director with SS&C Technologies in Singapore and leads the funds services business for Real Assets across APAC. Ashish brings close to two-and-a-half decades of finance and operations experience in private equity, real estate, infrastructure and venture capital by way of his previous roles as the CFO / COO for various funds under the J P Morgan Partners, 3i Group plc and Xander Group Inc. umbrella. He has led and managed fund set-up and administration, treasury and cash management, investor relations and reporting, audit and taxation, and compliance and regulatory monitoring, for several funds across multiple jurisdictions including the Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Jersey, Mauritius, Hong Kong, Singapore and India. Prior to SS&C, Ashish was Partner & CFO at Iron Pillar, an India focused mid-stage tech VC fund. Ashish is a Chartered Accountant from India and graduated from the Bombay University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance.

David Fassbender is a managing director at PGIM Real Estate and Head of Southeast Asia, in addition to his role as Senior Portfolio Manager for PGIM Real Estate’s Asia Pacific value add fund series . He is a member of the Asia Pacific Executive Committee and Investment Committee.
David has 18 years of diverse experience in real estate which includes the structuring and management of real estate funds, acquisition and disposition of major assets and property development. To date he has been involved in equity and debt transactions totaling over USD 3 billion at PGIM Real Estate.
David joined PGIM Real Estate in 2002 in its closed end U.S. fund business. He subsequently worked in the portfolio management team of an open end fund, where he was responsible for North America and Asia,
before joining the Asia Pacific value add fund team in 2007. As part of his role he relocated to Singapore in 2011 where he continues to be based.
David holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Cambridge and a certificate in real estate portfolio management from the European Business School (EBS), Oestrich Winkel. He is fluent in German and English.

Peter manages capital and co-invests alongside Family Offices, High Net Worth Individuals and Institutional Investors across debt and equity in specialist real estate living sectors, including purpose- built student accommodation, multi-family housing, co-living and senior housing. As CEO of QIP, he oversees the regulated asset management business and leads the team in sourcing and managing strategic investment opportunities. He has executed on a range of real estate transactions totalling USD $500m.

Mr Frank Khoo joined CDL as Group Chief Investment Officer in February 2018 to source and execute new investment opportunities, and also establish a dedicated fund management platform.
With over 20 years of international experience in fund management, private equity, acquisition of real estate assets and the repositioning and restructuring of real estate businesses, Mr Khoo has an extensive network of investors, ranging from insurance companies, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds and high net worth individuals across Asia and Europe.
Previously, Mr Khoo was the Global Head of Asia of AXA Investment Manager – Real Assets (AXA IM Real Assets) where he oversaw all real estate activities for AXA IM Real Assets in Asia, including investment, transaction, fund and asset management, capital raising and finance. He has also held various executive positions in Pacific Star Fund Management Pte Ltd, Guthrie GTS Ltd, Phileoland Bhd and Kestral Capital Partners.
Mr Khoo holds a Master of Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, as well as Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and Bachelor of Science degrees from University of Queensland, Australia. He is also a Chartered Accountant in Singapore.

Jyoti Ramchandani is a Managing Director and Fund Manager at SC Capital Partners. She joined the firm in 2019 and has over 20 years of experience, primarily focused on real estate funds management in Asia. At SC Capital Partners, she leads SCORE+, a pan-Asian core-plus Fund, and the product development committee.
Jyoti’s experience has also covered research and strategy, investor relations and business development. Prior to joining SC Capital Partners, she worked at Lendlease, Asia as Managing Director, Head of Investment Management (IM) and Fund Manager. Here she was a member of the senior management team and was responsible for driving growth and performance across Lendlease Asia’s IM business. Prior to joining Lendlease Asia, Jyoti has worked at ING Real Estate Select, Henderson Global Investors, PMA and Experian, where at the latter she started her career as an economist.

Oi Yee CHOO is the Chief Commercial Officer of ADDX. She is responsible for all commercial and business activities, including deals, growing relationships with issuers, institutional investors and private investors (UHNWs, HNWs).
Oi Yee has more than 20 years of capital raising and M&A advisory experience. Prior to ADDX, she was the Head of Investment Banking of UBS Singapore. Before joining UBS, she held leadership roles including the Head of Investment Banking Singapore at Morgan Stanley and led the Southeast Asia Real Estate Investment Banking franchise at Nomura Singapore. She started her career at Citigroup, covering Singapore corporate and real estate clients. (M&A ~ Merger & Acquisitions)
Between 2006 to 2008, Oi Yee was the SVP of Strategy & Development at the largest healthcare group in Asia, Parkway Holdings and created the Parkway Life REIT. She is also currently an Authority member for the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore.

Kemmu Kawai joined Longevity Partners Japan in September 2022 as the Country Director. Based in Tokyo, he oversees all operations and activities in Japan, the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. He brings him more than 16 years of experience in finance where he specialised in real estate and credit investments. Before joining Longevity Partners, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Norinchukin Bank and as Investment Manager at Center Point Development.
