Mr. Xie Jihua is a leading figure in China’s science and technology service industry and a pioneer in combining incubation, technology transfer, and financial innovation.
Pioneer of National Incubator REITs: In 2024, under his leadership, Shanghai Yangpu Techonology Business Incubator successfully issued China’s first public REITs with an incubator as the originator, achieving a landmark breakthrough in the securitization of science and technology carrier assets and closing the “incubator–capital cycle” loop.
Expert in Full-cycle Operation of Science and Technology Real Estate: With over 20 years of practice in managing more than one million square meters of technology park assets, Mr. Xie has built a systematic “investment–construction–management–exit” REITs adaptation framework, with underlying asset valuations approaching RMB 5 billion.
Innovator in Integrating Technology Factors and Capital: By leveraging the dual platforms of the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center and the Shanghai Technology Exchange, he has spearheaded a new model of sci-tech finance—“technological achievement incubation – asset appreciation – securitization exit.”
Under Mr. Xie’s leadership, Yangchuang Group has grown from a 6,000-square-meter old factory in 2001 into a modern science and innovation group with a five-in-one business system: industrial incubation, technology finance, R&D and transformation platforms, technology exchange markets, and international business. This has created a comprehensive, full-lifecycle pathway for the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, from early incubation to global allocation.
Looking ahead, Mr. Xie is committed to advancing China’s national strategies and Shanghai’s ambition to become a global science and technology innovation center, contributing his vision and expertise to accelerate technological self-reliance and high-quality development.
