Ms Lorraine Shiow has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of IOI Properties Singapore, effective 18 April 2024. In this capacity, she will strategise and manage IOI Properties Group’s portfolio of ongoing and new developments in Singapore to ensure sustainable growth throughout, while enhancing the Group’s visibility and reaffirming its reputation as a top-tier real estate entity in the region.
Ms Shiow brings over three decades of extensive experience and broad regional perspectives from her leadership roles in the Asia Pacific real estate development and fund management industries. Prior to joining IOI Properties Singapore, she served as CEO of Frasers Property, China, overseeing the Group’s residential, commercial, and logistics businesses, as well as investment and business development in the People’s Republic of China (PRC).
Her distinguished career also includes roles as Chief Operating Officer for Singapore and Southeast Asia, and Executive Vice President for International Markets, where she developed and executed strategies across growth markets. From 2021 to 2022, she also served as Acting Chief Operating Officer for Singapore Residential Development. Ms. Shiow has held directorial and management positions at ARA Asset Management, ING Real Estate Asia, IPREAM (a joint venture Fund Management set up by CapitaLand and ING), and CapitaLand (Financial).
Ms Shiow holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore.
