We also have a private client and trusts practice, which advises high net worth individuals and families throughout Asia, as well as a dispute resolution practice providing contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency legal services. Our corporate administration business, Ogier Global, works closely with Ogier’s partner-led legal teams to incorporate and administer a wide variety of vehicles, offering clients integrated legal and corporate administration services.
