Chelsea Perino graduated with an undergraduate degree in Anthropology and Linguistics from NYU and Masters Degree in Public and Organizational Relations with a focus on digital communications and brand strategy.  After a solo 4 year trip around the world, she then spent the next 4 years leading digital strategies for global brands such as Pernod Ricard and Samsung, both in New York City and Seoul, South Korea. These roles took her all over the world and involved projects such as implementing the brand communications program from the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Summer Olympics and Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. In her most recent role based in Hong Kong, Chelsea is the head of Global Marketing for The Executive Centre, a premium flexible workspace provider with a presence in 36 cities across APAC, where she built both the marketing department and full brand strategy from scratch.

Chelsea Perino is an internationally acclaimed keynote speaker focused on organizational culture and customer experience transformation across Asia. With over 15 years advising top such as Samsung, Pernod Ricard, and most recently The Executive Centre, her expertise lies in cultivating dynamic workplaces and meaningful brand relationships.

She presents regularly at premium events like PERE, Women in Private Markets Summit, and the Urban Land Institute, sharing insights on organisational culture, personal branding, marketing strategies and more, helping teams maximize productivity and wellness through interactive coaching.

She is an adjunct professor and published author, the Co-Head of  the Urban Land Institute’s Women’s Leadership Initiative and part of the Executive Committee, the Co-Chair for the AmCham’s Women of Influence committee and on the Board of TALK HK, an NGO focused on the prevention of child sexual abuse, and the Advisory Board for the ReThink Foundation and The MarTech Summit.

Ms. Chiu is the Chief Executive Officer of ARA Asset Management (Fortune) Limited, as manager of Fortune REIT, since February 2015. She is responsible for the overall performance and direction of Fortune REIT.

Ms. Chiu holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Economics and Finance, a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance, a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law. She is also a solicitor of the High Court of the HKSAR, a CFA Charterholder, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Joining DWS in 2013, Ivy is currently the APAC Chief Investment Officer and a senior portfolio manager covering listed real estate securities. Prior to her tenure at DWS, Ivy served as a research analyst at Lasalle Investment Management. In 2009, Ivy pursed Business and Journalism studies at Columbia Journalism School while assisting the late Nobel Laureate Professor Robert Mundell, and after returning to Hong Kong in 2011, she co-authored a book on post-financial crisis economic landscape. Ivy holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Master of Arts in Business Journalism from Columbia University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Jeremy Ong is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Hong Kong office and he leads the REITs practice in Hong Kong. He has over 15 years of experience advising REITs on their formation, acquisitions, disposals, equity/debt capital raising exercises and liability management exercises, and advised on almost all of Hong Kong's largest REIT transactions.

Jeremy has been recognised by Legal 500 as a "Next Generation Partner" in two key areas for REITs (investment funds; real estate) and his practice is also described by Chambers as “a trusted adviser to REITs” which is “often instructed to assist clients with IPOs and capital raisings”.

Pak Man Yuen is a Managing Director in the Real Estate group at Blackstone. Since joining Blackstone in 2013, Mr. Yuen has been involved in a number of Blackstone’s investments across Asia, including SCPG, Tysan Holdings, Taubman Asia and the GE Australia portfolio.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Yuen was a member of the acquisitions team at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing.

Mr. Yuen received a BS in Computer Science and MS in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University, where he graduated with distinction, was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and was a Terman Scholar. Mr. Yuen serves on the board of Tysan Holdings as a Non Executive Director and member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee.

Rosanna Tang has joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2022 as the Head of Business Development Services, Hong Kong, overseeing both the research and marketing function of the firm.

Rosanna has over 18 years’ experience in the real estate markets across Hong Kong, Greater Bay Area and Asia Pacific. With her profound understanding of the property market and strong research background from both buy-side and sell-side experiences, Rosanna has led numerous pioneer thought leadership research papers and client orientated initiatives throughout her career. As a trilingual professional fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, Rosanna is an active commentator in both global and local media, and she is also a frequent speaker for different industries and professional events.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Rosanna has held senior positions as Head of Research, Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area in Colliers, and as Director in CBRE Asia Pacific Research. Rosanna has also worked in the Corporate Planning & Strategic Investment Department of Sun Hung Kai Properties, where she led research analysis for both Hong Kong and overseas property markets.

Rosanna graduated from Peking University with a Bachelor of Law degree majoring in Political and Public Administration, with a double degree in Sociology. She then went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Michigan.

Ryan is a certified accountant with over 25 years of experience in audit, assurance, and advisory services. His extensive background serving strategic clients—particularly in real estate and investments—makes him a valuable addition to our Chapter. As Co-Chair of the Deloitte INED Club, he has demonstrated committed leadership in promoting governance and board excellence. His deep understanding of the Chinese market and its integration with Hong Kong will further enhance the Chapter’s regional influence.

Sarah Cooper is Managing Director & Global Head of Real Estate Equity Sales at BofA Securities, based in Hong Kong. She is a member of the BofA Hong Kong Leadership team, and Chairman of the Hong Kong Philanthropy committee.

Sarah works closely with both the research & banking side of BofA. She has worked on transactions from markets as diverse as Russia, China, India & Indonesia, as well as being active in traditional developed markets (notably Australia, UK, Germany, Singapore, USA, HK & Japan). Sarah was a top ranked property analyst in Australia, before moving to London and then Hong Kong where she has lived for 10 years.

Sarah is ranked the #1 property specialist sales person in II & is a trusted advisor of both global & local real estate investors. Sarah is a Global Trustee for the Urban Land institute, and on the Board of the HK chapter of the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association. She is the Chairman of BofA’s HK Philanthropy committee, & was previously Co-Chair of the Asian GBAM Women’s Leadership Council. She completed the Taupo Ironman in 2001, coaches mini rugby & Auskicks, & is passionate about family, travel, & cutting the volume of emails at BofA. She has been at the firm for 20 years.
