Mission Statement
The Committee champions the adoption of ESG and Sustainability best practices amongst members in making real estate investment decision. Through thought leadership, knowledge sharing, capacity building and collaboration, the committee seeks to raise awareness and stimulate action amongst investors to accelerate the industry transition towards a low-carbon built environment with circularity & resilience in mind.

To advocate ESG integration as a business case using successful role models in responsible real estate investment and practices through forums and events.

To encourage and facilitate Public-Private-People partnership to identify investment opportunities for climate mitigation and adaptation.

To mobilize capital market to fund green infrastructure, technologies and accelerate sustainable development particularly in emerging markets in the region.
