Doctor of Business Administration from CEIBS

With over 20 years of experience in property and asset management, as well as corporate integrated facility services, Allen Qian has repeatedly participated in and led the operation and management of major urban landmark projects across a diverse range of complex asset types, including super high-rise towers, large-scale commercial complexes, and corporate headquarters and R&D centers, bringing deep insights into full-lifecycle asset management and smart, low-carbon operations.

He currently oversees the overall business of CWVS in Mainland China and Hong Kong, managing nearly 2,800 commercial and office projects and leading a team of over 27,000 employees. The company serves clients across a wide range of industries including finance, TMT, high-end manufacturing, biopharmaceuticals, and multinational corporations, with a portfolio that features leading enterprises such as Alibaba, Tencent, Meituan, Kuaishou, CATL, Midea, and Standard Chartered Bank, as well as regional headquarters of Fortune 500 companies. He has long been dedicated to the green and sustainable development of commercial spaces, actively championing and advancing “smart and low-carbon property” solutions that leverage digital and intelligent technologies to achieve low-carbon building operations and unlock the value of space.

Navigating an era defined by existing assets, he continues to drive progress through sustained innovation. In corporate services, he has established a distinctive “1+N” headquarters-plus-distributed-sites management model and built the PMS Integrated Digital Operations Platform, now enabling smooth, high-quality delivery across over 2,000 projects while continuously deepening full-scenario service capabilities. In the area of smart, low-carbon transformation, he has pioneered a scientific energy benchmarking methodology for cross-regional portfolios of similar scale and typology, rolling out systematic energy management to more than 100 projects with significant energy savings and carbon reductions. He has led the development of flagship low-carbon projects in Shanghai, Suzhou, Shenzhen and other cities—demonstrating that green operations can shift from a cost center to a value driver—and is driving nationwide deployment of the “Link-X” AI system for intelligent monitoring and early-warning in building safety, energy consumption, and equipment maintenance. From landmark operations to standard-setting, from smart platforms to low-carbon practices, Allen Qian continues to advance China’s commercial property services toward a smarter, greener, and more sustainable future with professional insight and innovative action.
