Vivian joined Alter Domus in 2016 and is the Head of Operations Mainland China. She oversees the overall operations of Mainland China. She was previously the Head of Fund service of Alter Domus China.

Vivian has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry in Canada and in the China and Asia Pacific market. Prior to joining Alter Domus, Vivian worked as a senior analyst in the investment division of Great-West Life assurance company, a top Canadian insurance company. Previous to her role at Great-West Life, Vivian worked as a Fund Accountant at Investor Group in Canada. Vivian has diverse experience on different types of funds including hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and real estate funds. She has expertise across onshore and offshore fund and investment structures.

 Vivian graduated from University of Manitoba in Canada in 2007 with a bachelor degree majoring in finance. She is also a CFA Charter holder.

Sigrid is the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA). Based in Singapore, she is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, initiatives and operations of the association across Asia Pacific. Under her leadership, APREA repositioned to an industry trade group focusing on real estate and infrastructure.

Sigrid joined APREA’s executive team in January 2019.

Prior to APREA, she served as Managing Director of Asia Pacific Research and Advisory Services of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) from 2010 through 2018, where she was responsible for research, thought leadership, strategy formulation and client management.  Before relocating to Singapore, she was based in Washington, D.C. and led C&W’s U.S. research group in the Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing all aspects of market research activities in the Washington, DC; Virginia; Suburban Maryland, Baltimore; and Philadelphia areas. Prior to joining C&W, Sigrid served as a Senior Economist for the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In that position, she developed NAR’s office, warehouse, retail, multi-family housing, and international research programs.

A recognized expert in global economic, public policy and real estate issues, Sigrid is a frequent speaker at industry events.  Her commentary on commercial and residential real estate markets is also regularly featured in a wide array of global publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Bloomberg, New York Times and Reuters. Additionally, she has made several television appearances on financial networks and radio such as CNBC, Bloomberg, CNN, National Public Radio and Channel News Asia.

Sigrid holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Master’s degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University. She is a member of several civic groups including the Rotary Club of Raffles City in Singapore, where she has served in various leadership positions, and serves in the Executive Committee of the Crohn’s & Colitis Society of Singapore.

Having worked in China, the U.S., Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia, Mr. Chen has vast and diverse experiences in real estate investment and financing, REITs, PERE fund management and asset management, real estate development, planning & design, and international business operations.

Mr. Chen is the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of F.O.G. Capital & Asset Management Corp. (Fields of Gold Corp. - a real estate focused investment & asset management firm headquartered in Shanghai, China, and a Harvard China Fund partner for over 10 years) and the independent director of Yuexiu REITs (the World's first publicly listed REITs in Hong Kong in 2005 investing mainly in mainland properties). He also has been serving as the Development Head of China for a Top-10 Globally ranked real estate investment fund and as senior executive of one of the largest listed blue-chip real estate development groups in Hong Kong. He has also worked as senior architect in an international architectural firm in Boston, MA. USA.

Mr. Chen is a visiting professor at one of the top business schools in China- Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB). He was also a mentor for China Ren Min University’s MBA program. He teaches Real Estate and Capital Market related courses in Tsinghua University, Peking University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Tongji University. While living in the US, Mr. Chen was a Guest Lecturer at the BAC (Boston Architecture Center), where he taught architectural design and planning studios.

Mr John Lim is the Chairman of JL Family Office. He is Chairman of the Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA) and the Consultative Committee to the Department of Real Estate, National University of Singapore. He is also a Patron of the Securities Investors Association of Singapore (SIAS) and a Council Member of Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Mr Lim co-founded ARA Asset Management in 2002 and was its Group CEO for 18 years and Deputy Chairman from February 2021 to January 2022.

Mr Lim has over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry and has received many notable corporate awards. These include the PERE Global Awards 2020 and 2016 Industry Figure of the Year: Asia, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of the Year Singapore 2012 and the Outstanding CEO of the Year 2011 at the Singapore Business Awards 2012. Mr Lim, along with the Board of Directors of ARA, was a recipient of the prestigious Best Managed Board (Gold) Award at the Singapore Corporate Awards 2012. In 2017, he was conferred the Public Service Medal (PBM) by the President of Singapore in recognition of his contributions to the community.

Mr Lim holds a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, as well as a Diploma in Business Administration, each from the National University of Singapore.

Tony Zhang is the Managing Director of China Property for Hong Kong and Shanghai Alliance Holdings Group, where he leads the Group's property section. With over 20 years of experience in China's real estate sector, he specializes in investment and operations across a range of asset types, particularly office, hotel, logistics, and industrial parks. Tony holds Master’s degrees from the University of Durham and Bayes Business School in the United Kingdom.

Hank Hsu is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Forest Logistics Properties.  Formerly the Head of China Investments at Ascendas-Singbridge, an industrial and logistics real estate investment platform under Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, Temasek Holdings, Hank has close to 20 years of experience in real estate investment and fund management. Prior to Ascendas-Singbridge, he served as Investment Director at China Orient Summit Capital (China) and Portman Group (US). He has completed and managed investment transactions totalling nearly USD 6.5 billion in logistics, industrial and mixed-use properties in China and the US. He holds an MBA degree from University of California, Berkeley, and a MDes (Real Estate) from Harvard University.

Mr. Chen has over 20 years of extensive experience in asset management, advisory and brokerage.

In 2017, Mr. Chen founded Square Capital, headquartered in Beijing, with branches in Hong Kong and Shanghai. The company focuses on investment and consulting services in the fields of digital infrastructure (data centers), energy technology, data services, and real estate. With its deep industrial knowledge, academic background, and rich practical experience, the company has established a strong reputation and market influence.

Before founding Square Capital, Mr. Chen worked for Blackstone as Managing Director, based in Beijing, overseeing institutional investor business across China. Earlier, he held multiple senior roles in Invesco, AIG Investment and BOSERA Funds, where he was responsible for institutional investor business development. Mr. Chen began his career in Business Development at Cisco Systems.

Mr. Chen graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Applied Electronics at Tsinghua University, holding a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation, a Master's degree in Business Administration from Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management, and an EMBA from PBC School of Finance. He also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license.

Paul Lai joined ARCH Capital in 2022, bringing with him 25 years of experience in real estate advisory, investment, and asset management. At ARCH, he leads investment and asset management activities in China.

Prior to joining the ARCH Capital, Paul accumulated over 20 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management across various companies, such as Vice President at China Tumyu Group, where he was responsible for the company’s overseas investments. Additionally, he worked as a Director at Motorola, overseeing real estate and asset management in North Asia. Paul also spent seven years in Citibank’s global special situations group, managing its property portfolio in China, which included NPLs and commercial assets.

Paul received a diploma of Marketing Management – Commercial Real Estate at the British Columbia Institute of Technology in Canada.

William Jiang is a Partner at EY with over 22 years of extensive experience in transaction advisory . Since beginning his career in 2004, William has become a distinguished expert in the Consumer and Real Estate sectors, navigating complex investment landscapes for private firms, multinational corporations, and global private equity funds.

With a deep focus on income-producing assets, William has led numerous high-profile transactions involving hospitality, long-term rental apartments (multifamily), and large-scale retail complexes. His expertise spans the entire deal lifecycle, including buy-side and sell-side advisories, as well as complex derivative transactions. A seasoned veteran in cross-border capital flows, he has facilitated significant "Inbound" and "Outbound" investments across Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Australia, offering a truly global perspective on the evolving consumer and real-estate markets.

Ms. Yanping Yu is Head of the REITs and ABS Department at China Securities. She holds a Ph.D. in Law from Renmin University of China and has long focused on multi-tier REITs business. She spearheaded the SPIC New Energy Public REIT, which set a benchmark in the new energy REIT market; helped establish Ming Yang Smart Energy’s dual REIT platform spanning both public and private markets, broadening the path for asset monetization; and advanced the Waigaoqiao private REIT project, further enriching market practice in private REITs. In 2025, China Securities ranked first in the market by both issuance volume and number of transactions in multi-tier REITs.

Mr. Zhao Zesheng joined Hopson Group in 2010. As a key founder of Hopson Commercial, he developed benchmark commercial projects such as Beijing Chaoyang Hopson One, Beijing HOPS ON and Shanghai Wujiaochang Hopson One. Additionally, as the main operator of Hopson Commercial's asset securitization, he led the asset securitization of multiple projects. In September 2025, Mr. Zhao Zesheng joined NewLand and served as the CEO of Silver Wing. In January 2026, Mr. Zhao Zesheng was appointed as the vice chairman of NewLand and Zhuhai Wanda Commercial.

Mr. Zhao Zesheng possesses extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector, encompassing shopping centers, hotels, office buildings and industrial logistics.

Mr. Zhao Zesheng received a Master of science in Finance degree from Clark University and a EMBA degree from Tsinghua Wudaokou.

Zheyuan Jin is a partner at Merits & Tree. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, Mr. Jin worked in DS Avocats Paris and Shanghai City Development Law Firm.

Mr. Jin has extensive experience in the development, construction, investment and financing of projects. Mr. Jin has served many giant contractors and investors and participated in legal consultations for dozens of projects or housing, manufacturing plants and infrastructures, handling dispute resolution and risk prevention during the whole process of projects development. Mr. Jin represents the project owners including local governments, real estate developers, manufacturing enterprises and projects financier to provides litigation and non-litigation legal services for construction projects. Mr. Jin assists many well-known real estate developers in various stages of projects such as greenfield development, co-enterprise and joint venture, financing, sales, mergers and acquisitions and project exit.

Mr. Jin was a member of the consulting experts in the field of construction and engineering in the World Bank's "Doing Business" report from 2018 to 2020; he has also participated in the drafting of the "General Contracting Contract Model Text for Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development" and the review of the 2020 revision of the Construction Law.
