In September this year, Peter helped launch the Global REIT Alliance, a new international body comprising REIT advocates from 24 countries and regions.
In 2019, Peter was inducted as an Officer of the Order of Australia for services to the property investment industry.

Previously, Claire served as a Vice President in Green Street’s Advisory and Consulting team in London, advising on several landmark real estate transactions across Europe and APAC. Earlier in her career, she was a Manager in EY’s Strategy and Transactions team in Sydney. Claire is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from the Australian National University.

Prior to that, he was the Head of Asia Pacific Real Estate and Co-Head of Investment Banking and Capital Markets at Credit Suisse Australia. Angelo has had a distinguished career in real estate financing and advisory across Asia Pacific, with extensive experience in delivering real estate equity and debt opportunities, for both institutional and private investors.
Angelo holds a Graduate Diploma in Finance from Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA). He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science from Monash University.

Hamish MacDonald, Managing Director, is Head and Chief Investment Officer of Asia Pacific Real Estate, leading BlackRock's real estate activities across the region. Hamish is responsible for the strategy and management of the business operations as well as the real estate funds and assets managed in the region. He is a member of the Global Value Add Real Estate Investment Committee.
Hamish's service with the firm dates back to 2007, including his years with MGPA, which was acquired by BlackRock in 2013. He originally joined the London office where he was Head of Acquisitions - UK and in 2012 he established the office in Sydney. Hamish began his career in real estate in 1999 and has been focusing on the sourcing and management of value add investment opportunities since 2007. Hamish began his career in Sydney where he was a Development Manager at the Mirvac Group and a Commercial Advisor at Colliers International.
Hamish has a BComm. with majors in Economics and Finance from the University of Sydney and is a Committee Member of the Property Council of Australia.

Leonie Wilkinson is a Senior Vice President in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, she leads strategic initiatives across Asia Pacific and the Middle East including capital raising, co-investments and client portfolio management.
Ms. Wilkinson has over 20 years of experience in real estate funds management. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2020, Ms. Wilkinson was a member of the Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC) Executive Committee. Before joining QIC, Ms. Wilkinson held senior roles at LaSalle and Macquarie Capital, where she focused on real estate private equity advisory, capital raising and investment management.
Ms. Wilkinson holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a first-class honours degree in Mathematics and Finance from the University of Wollongong. She serves as Chair of Urban Land Institute (ULI) Australia and on the ULI Asia Pacific Executive Committee.

Daniel Feldmann joined Hazelview Investmeants (formerly Timbercreek Equities Corp) in February 2012 as Analyst, Global Real Estate Securities. Daniel is based in the Hong Kong office and in his current role is responsible for co-managing Hazelview’s global real estate securities strategies, the financial analyses, valuation and investment recommendation of global real estate sectors and securities.
Daniel has over 12 years of experience in finance, accounting and capital markets and has worked in the public real estate investment market since 2010. Daniel was responsible for Hazelview’s European real estate securities coverage in the Zurich office before transferring to Hong Kong in June 2016 to establish the company's local Asian presence. Prior to joining Hazelview, Daniel was an Analyst of global real estate securities at 4IP Management AG, an Analyst of global real estate securities at Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. Corporate Finance (Switzerland) AG and a Funds Analyst at UBS AG.

Currently serving as Executive Vice President, Business Development at The Citco Group Limited, he leads the strategic growth initiatives for Australia, working closely with institutional clients, asset managers, and alternative investment firms. Since joining Citco in 2023, he has been responsible for driving market expansion, strengthening client relationships, and positioning the firm as a trusted partner within the funds and asset servicing landscape.
Prior to Citco, Paul Adamiak held senior leadership roles at TMF Group, including Head of Fund Services Sales, Asia Pacific and Commercial Director, where he executed regional sales strategies, built high-performing teams, and delivered sustained revenue growth across multiple jurisdictions. Earlier roles at TMF Group in both Amsterdam and Sydney spanned nearly a decade and included senior management and team leadership positions, within the fund & corporate services division.
Paul Adamiak’s career began in professional and financial services roles at Crowe Horwath, BDO, Allco Finance Group & Evolution Trustees, building a strong technical foundation in accounting, structured finance, corporate & trustee services.

Daniel has worked on several transactions including the c.$4.5bn public merger of Aventus Group (ASX: AVN) and HomeCo (ASX: HMC) as well as over $400m in direct retail property transactions and more recently the remaining buy-out of Oak Tree Group. Daniel currently sits as an Aware Super representative on Keyton’s (formally Lendlease Retirement Living) Joint Operating Committee and as an Observer on the Oak Tree Group Board.

Kemmu Kawai joined Longevity Partners Japan in September 2022 as the Country Director. Based in Tokyo, he oversees all operations and activities in Japan, the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. He brings him more than 16 years of experience in finance where he specialised in real estate and credit investments. Before joining Longevity Partners, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Norinchukin Bank and as Investment Manager at Center Point Development.
