Consonant Investment Management, Co., Ltd. (CIM) is an asset management company of Invincible Investment Corporation, which is the largest hotel REIT in Japan with approximately JPY 653 billion AUM as of December 2024. CIM is sponsored by Fortress Investment Group, whose group company operates the “Village House” brand, a nationwide affordable housing portfolio of about 1,000 properties with more than 100,000 residents. CIM is also preparing for the formation of a new investment corporation specializing in affordable housing, which will incorporate part of this portfolio.
