Daniel Feldmann is a Senior Portfolio Manager, Real Estate, Asia Pacific with APG Asset Management Asia based in Hong Kong. He joined APG AM Asia in 2023 where he leads the firm’s listed real estate investment strategies for Asia Pacific. Prior to joining APG, Daniel was a Partner, Global Securities Investments with Hazelview Investments (formerly Timbercreek Equities Corp) where he was co- managing Hazelview’s global real estate securities strategies.
Daniel has over 17 years of experience in finance, accounting and capital markets and has worked in the public real estate investment market since 2010. Daniel represents APG AM Asia as SFC Responsible Officer, Type 4 (Advising on Securities), Type 9 (Asset Management). At Hazelview, he was responsible for the firm’s European real estate securities coverage in the Zurich office before transferring to Hong Kong in June 2016 to establish the company’s local Asia presence. Prior to joining Hazelview, Daniel was an Analyst of global real estate securities at 4IP Management AG, an Analyst of global real estate securities at Sal. Oppenheim jr. &; Cie. Corporate Finance (Switzerland) AG and a Funds Analyst at UBS AG.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Banking and Finance, a Master of Arts in Economics and Business Administration and a Ph.D in Business Administration from the University of Zurich. He holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation, and he is the Chairperson of the Advisory Board of the Mission for Migrant Workers (MFMW) in Hong Kong.

Pak Man Yuen is a Managing Director in the Real Estate group at Blackstone. Since joining Blackstone in 2013, Mr. Yuen has been involved in a number of Blackstone’s investments across Asia, including SCPG, Tysan Holdings, Taubman Asia and the GE Australia portfolio.
Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Yuen was a member of the acquisitions team at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing.
Mr. Yuen received a BS in Computer Science and MS in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University, where he graduated with distinction, was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and was a Terman Scholar. Mr. Yuen serves on the board of Tysan Holdings as a Non Executive Director and member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee.

Terence is currently the co-founder/equity partner of Atelier Capital Partners (Singapore). Together with the Hong Kong’s Atelier Capital Partners (ACP) Group, his family office, Fortez Capital, set up the Singapore office, as a family office with a real estate focus.
Terence has almost 4 decades of experience in both principal real estate investment management and advisory roles. He has been in senior leadership positions with some of the global financial institutions such as GIC (a sovereign fund), AIG (a global financial institution) and Invesco (a global asset manager). He was actively involved in investments and asset management for these institutions in markets such as China, Japan, Australia, Singapore as well as several other South East Asian markets. He also served key leadership roles in global advisory firms such as Jones Lang LaSalle and Colliers, serving as the Singapore’s Country Head for Jones Lang LaSalle as well as Asia Head of Capital Markets for Colliers. He has successfully led or advised investments in both direct and indirect real estate space for more than a combined value of over USD15 billion – spanning different real estate asset classes across global markets.
Terence sat on boards and committees such as the Singapore’s Strata Titles Board, Urban Land Institute (ULI), and served as Honorary Adviser to the Real Estate Developers Association of Singapore. He is also a frequent speaker at global real estate conferences/events including those organised by MIPIM, Expo, ULI, ANREV, PERE and IRE.

Ronald Tan is the principal responsible for the marketing & business development of attracting Real Estate listings in particular REITs across global markets for Singapore Exchange (SGX) for the last 18 years, where it is now the largest Global REIT hub in Asia. He also leads a team that covers the listing of Infrastructure Business Trusts and Consumer & Services sector, coupled with a regional coverage of Thailand. Previously he also held geographical responsibility for listings from Malaysia, Middle East & Indonesia. He joined SGX in May 2006. He is currently the Honorary Exco Member of the REIT Association of Singapore (REITAS).
Prior to joining SGX his career included positions with Singapore Telecommunications (SingTel) & International Enterprise Singapore (IE Singapore). In SingTel, he was responsible for commercial partnerships in Middle East & South Asia, while he covered international partnerships & international operations (Europe) in IE Singapore. He started his working career as a full time pastor in one of the largest church in Singapore.
Mr Tan graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration Honours (Second Upper) degree from the National University of Singapore in 1997.
