Sigrid is the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA). Based in Singapore, she is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, initiatives and operations of the association across Asia Pacific. Under her leadership, APREA repositioned to an industry trade group focusing on real estate and infrastructure.
Sigrid joined APREA’s executive team in January 2019.
Prior to APREA, she served as Managing Director of Asia Pacific Research and Advisory Services of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) from 2010 through 2018, where she was responsible for research, thought leadership, strategy formulation and client management. Before relocating to Singapore, she was based in Washington, D.C. and led C&W’s U.S. research group in the Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing all aspects of market research activities in the Washington, DC; Virginia; Suburban Maryland, Baltimore; and Philadelphia areas. Prior to joining C&W, Sigrid served as a Senior Economist for the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In that position, she developed NAR’s office, warehouse, retail, multi-family housing, and international research programs.
A recognized expert in global economic, public policy and real estate issues, Sigrid is a frequent speaker at industry events. Her commentary on commercial and residential real estate markets is also regularly featured in a wide array of global publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Bloomberg, New York Times and Reuters. Neil Anderson has more than 25 years’ experience in the real estate industry, and hasworked in Hong Kong for nearly two decades.
He has been a Director and Head of Office Space at Hongkong Land since 2010. Neil is responsible for all the office leasing activity within the Company’s premier Central Hong Kong Portfolio, which includes 12 buildings in the heart of the Central business district. He oversees more than 4.12 million square feet of office space, leased to some of the world’s leading financial institutions, legal and professional services firms, among others.
Neil joined the company in 2006 from London, where he worked for Nelson Bakewell, as a divisional director, and has also worked at major global real estate services firm Jones Land Lasalle (JLL). Neil started his career working for Cluttons in the UK.
Neil was educated in the UK and has attended Harvard Business School, and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the UK.

Mr Kanishk Bhatia is Head of Infrastructure at ARA, part of ESR Group. He has overall responsibility for the infrastructure funds platform including overseeing investments, new product development, key stakeholder and team management.
Mr Bhatia has almost 20 years of global infrastructure funds and private equity experience. He has led or co-led infrastructure transactions valued over US$5 billion across energy, utilities and transport sectors globally. Mr Bhatia joined ARA in 2019 to establish ARA’s infrastructure funds management business unit. At ARA, Mr Bhatia led the establishment of a US$1 billion ASEAN infrastructure fund (CAF II) with The Export-Import Bank of China, Gezhouba and China Road & Bridge Corporation as anchor investors. Previously, Mr Bhatia was instrumental in the creation of an Asia-Pacific focused captive rooftop solar and energy efficiency platform in partnership with a global energy company to leverage ARA Group’s existing real estate space.
Prior to joining ARA, Mr Bhatia was with Hastings Funds Management, a leading global infrastructure investment manager, for over 11 years. At Hastings, Mr Bhatia held various senior roles including Investment Director, Head of Asia Investments and Head of India and worked in London, Mumbai, Singapore and Sydney.
