Lisa Cusano is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Tax in Melbourne. She brings 18 years of experience providing tax consulting and tax compliance services to businesses in the corporate and financial services industry.

Lisa’s primary areas of specialisation include tax advisory and tax compliance services in relation to trusts (MITs and AMITs), banks, mutual banks, credit unions, non-bank lenders, ETFs and LICs. As well as handling the application and reporting of operational taxes and obligations, including withholding taxes, she has worked with clients across the financial services industry, specialising in banking and wealth and asset management.

• She has recently returned to JLL after working for 2 years in a national role on office leadership team at Charter Hall. In this role, she worked with Top Corporate Occupiers on growth/retention, Investor Presentations, strategic oversight of major national leasing activity which has provided her with in-depth knowledge into landlord decision making behaviours.
• She has a strong understanding of Landlord motivations and drivers which she will leverage to maximise final transaction outcomes for clients.

• Kate has over 18 years' experience across the national and international office markets including Adelaide and Melbourne.
• She has a Bachelor’s degree from Masters of Business (RMIT) - Property Valuation

Wissam is a corporate M&A partner with a specialist focus on the real estate industry, acting for both domestic and international clients. In particular, the establishment of incorporated and unincorporated joint ventures, consortia, capital partnerships and wholesale funds with a real asset focused investment mandate as well as on the acquisition, disposal and restructuring of real assets.
