Post-COVID-19 Future: APAC Private Real Estate in the Next Decade
Private Real Estate Insights Webinar by APREA and Preqin
The APREA-Preqin APAC Private Real Estate Quarterly Index has seen four consecutive quarters of record-breaking returns as of Q3 2019, based on the latest available data prior to COVID-19. As the current pandemic unfolds though, questions are emerging around what lies ahead for the private real estate market regionally.
What impact will COVID-19 have on capital calls and distributions in 2020? Will fund managers be positioned to capitalize on lower asset prices in upcoming opportunities? How should investors and fund managers think about the evolution of private real estate portfolios post-COVID-19? What is the future of APAC private real estate performance?
Amid unparalleled disruption to global businesses these are some of the top-of-mind concerns for industry stakeholders and key points we seek to address.
APREA and Preqin are delighted to invite you to join Private Real Estate Insights Webinar which will take place on 21 May 2020. The webinar brings together the Asia-Pacific real estate community to share the latest findings of APREA-Preqin Quarterly Monitor as well as long term global outlook and fundraising trends.
