As part of this, APREA conducts Leader’s Dialogue – a program of intimate (50 people), high-level conversations between members and political, business & policy leaders. There is no media in attendance. These invitation-only forums combine business engagement with peak business networking.
Each Leader’s Dialogue meeting features VIPs who join APREA Chapter Board Members and our special guest.

Ankur Gupta is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Property Group and Head of Real Estate business in India, responsible for all aspects of property business in the country including strategy, investments and asset management.

Kemmu Kawai joined Longevity Partners Japan in September 2022 as the Country Director. Based in Tokyo, he oversees all operations and activities in Japan, the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. He brings him more than 16 years of experience in finance where he specialised in real estate and credit investments. Before joining Longevity Partners, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Norinchukin Bank and as Investment Manager at Center Point Development.
