Mr Andy Tanchyeguan is the CEO of Tenacity Group of family offices and global investors that invests in real assets, technology and alternatives. The multidisciplinary experiences of the group across Industrials, Financials, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, SWFs and Fortune 500s provide deep, broad and holistic insights into global capital and new economy. He was the former CEO of Generali Real Estate Asia at Generali Group, a public listed Fortune 500 global insurer responsible for the Asia Pacific real estate business. Prior to that, he wasthe Executive Vice President of MEAG Pacific Star Asset Management where MEAG is Munich Re’s asset management arm and Vice President of the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) based in London and Singapore covering the Asian, Australian and European markets.
He is also Fellow of SID and serves as Chairman of Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA) Singapore Chapter, Audit & Risk Committee (ARC) Chair of Focus on the Family, Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC) Chair of APREA, Institute of Banking & Finance (IBF) Exam Board Member and The Law Society Inquiry Panel Member. A former Director and Council member of SID, he was also the Chairman of SID Board Appointment Service and member of SID Audit Committee and Best Managed Board Award Committee.
Globally he has advised, raised, invested, developed and managed multibillion funds and portfolios across Asia, Australia and Europe ranging from direct investment and development assets to listed and unlisted companies, REITs, funds and strategic alliances. He therefore brings on board extensive years of international and diversified experience in general management, business development, fund management, investment, development and asset management including corporate governance and stewardship experience on the boards of public and private institutions.

Martin Siah is Singapore Country Executive, Head of Southeast Asia Global Corporate and Investment Banking, and Head of Asia Pacific Real Estate, Gaming and Leisure at Bank of America.
Prior to joining Bank of America, Martin was Head of Greater China and Southeast Asia Commercial Real Estate and led the Commercial Real Estate Equity and Advisory franchise at Standard Chartered Bank. Before Standard Chartered Bank, Martin was Head of Southeast Asia Real Estate Investment Banking and Corporate Finance at UBS Investment Bank.
Martin is a board member of the Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services (CMFAS) Examinations Board in Singapore. He holds a Master of Philosophy in Finance from Cambridge University. He is a Malaysian Commonwealth Scholar, a Fellow of the Cambridge Commonwealth Trust, and the Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore Fellow in Corporate Finance. He was recognized as the Best Investment Banker in Singapore by FinanceAsia in 2023.

An Chen co-heads the AEW Asia Pacific Real Estate Securities Team and serves as Portfolio Manager with responsibility for the construction of the Asia Pacific component of AEW’s global property securities portfolios. She also serves as a member of the Global Securities Allocation Committee (GSAC) which assesses global allocation adjustments of the global property securities portfolios. She joined AEW in 2010 and is based in AEW’s Singapore office. An’s industry experience dates back to 2006 and includes roles at Prudential Asset Management in both Singapore and Hong Kong, where she served as a portfolio manager and equity analyst for Asia Pacific ex Japan Real Estate and an equity analyst for the utilities sector. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from King’s College in London and is a CFA® charter holder. Ms. Chen is fluent in Mandarin.

Han Hwee Chin is Managing Director (Global Investments and Portfolio Strategy) in the real estate arm of GIC. GIC manages a well-diversified portfolio with high quality assets across various property sectors.
At GIC, Hwee Chin manages the design, composition and risk management framework of the real estate portfolio from a top-down, bottom-up approach to help formulate investment strategies across global markets and property sectors and provide directional recommendations on portfolio composition. Hwee Chin also provides independent reviews of deal assessments to the Investment Committee. Hwee Chin is on the GIC Sustainability Steering Committee and manages the real estate ESG framework that includes ESG integration into investment management strategy, investment opportunities evaluation and building portfolio resilience.
Hwee Chin graduated from the National University of Singapore with a first-class honours degree in Real Estate and has an MBA (Dean’s List) from the University of Western Australia. She started her career with JTC Corporation and joined the Ministry of Trade and Industry (Singapore), before moving to GIC.

Joachim Kehr is a Partner and Portfolio & Regional Head Asia-Pacific at CenterSquare Investment Management. Joachim joined CenterSquare in 2011 and is based in Singapore. He is Regional Portfolio Manager for CenterSquare’s listed real estate securities funds, having previously held primary coverage of real estate equities in China, Japan and Australia. Joachim brings close to two decades of investment management experience to his role. He holds a master’s degree in Economics from Tilburg University, The Netherlands. Prior to joining the firm, Joachim was a member of BNP Paribas Asset Management’s listed real estate team, based in Amsterdam and Singapore.

Ms Lorraine Shiow has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of IOI Properties Singapore, effective 18 April 2024. In this capacity, she will strategise and manage IOI Properties Group’s portfolio of ongoing and new developments in Singapore to ensure sustainable growth throughout, while enhancing the Group’s visibility and reaffirming its reputation as a top-tier real estate entity in the region.
Ms Shiow brings over three decades of extensive experience and broad regional perspectives from her leadership roles in the Asia Pacific real estate development and fund management industries. Prior to joining IOI Properties Singapore, she served as CEO of Frasers Property, China, overseeing the Group’s residential, commercial, and logistics businesses, as well as investment and business development in the People’s Republic of China (PRC).
Her distinguished career also includes roles as Chief Operating Officer for Singapore and Southeast Asia, and Executive Vice President for International Markets, where she developed and executed strategies across growth markets. From 2021 to 2022, she also served as Acting Chief Operating Officer for Singapore Residential Development. Ms. Shiow has held directorial and management positions at ARA Asset Management, ING Real Estate Asia, IPREAM (a joint venture between CapitaLand and ING Real Estate), and CapitaLand (Financial).
Ms Shiow holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore.

Norman is a Senior Partner in Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP and has been in active legal practice for the last 36 years. He joined the firm’s Corporate Real Estate Practice in 2017, with his team of 7 lawyers from Dentons Rodyk & Davidson (formerly Rodyk & Davidson) . The team has grown to 15 lawyers in addition to the existing lawyers of the Corporate Real Estate Department. He started his career at Rodyk & Davidson as a Practice Trainee from 1981 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1982.
Norman graduated with LLB (Hons) from the National University of Singapore in 1979 and took his postgraduate for LLM with the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1984 and was under Secondment to Clifford Turner (now Clifford Chance) for a year after his postgraduate studies. He was under Scholarship from the Firm during the period he was away.

Tien Foo is the Provost’s Chair Professor at the Department of Real Estate, Business School. He was formerly the Director of the Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies (IREUS) (2015-2022) and the Head of the Department of Real Estate (2020-2022) at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He was the past President of the Asian Real Estate Society (AsRES) (2019-2021) and has been a board member of AsRES (since 2000) and the Global Chinese Real Estate Congress (GCREC) (since 2008).
He is the Post-doctoral Honoree (2012) and the Fellow (2017) of the US-based Weimer School of Advanced Studies in Real Estate and Land Economics, the Homer Hoyt Institute.
Tien Foo co-authors the books: “Kiasunomics” and “Kiasunomics 2”, which are written on daily life stories of typical Singaporean families based on research works done using Singapore’s data, and the book: “Singapore’s Real Estate: 50 Years of Transformation.”
Tien Foo serves as a member of the Panel of Assessors of the Appeal Board (Land Acquisition), Ministry of Law, Singapore (since 2010), and a member of the Valuation Review Board (VRB), Ministry of Finance, Singapore (since 2019). He was a member of the Professional Development Committee of the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA), Ministry of National Development (2014-2018). He is the co‐founder and the principal investigator of the NUS‐REDAS Real Estate Sentiment Index (launched in 2010). He serves as the Honorary Advisor of the PropTech Association of Singapore (SPTA) (2018) and the Singapore Estate Agencies Association (SEEA) (2019-2021).
Tien Foo obtains his Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Cambridge, U.K., with the Cambridge Commonwealth Trust scholarship and the Overseas Research Students award. He also holds a Master of Philosophy (Dist.) degree in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge, U.K., and a Bachelor of Science degree with 1 st Class Honors in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore.

Ronald Tan is the principal responsible for the marketing & business development of attracting Real Estate listings in particular REITs across global markets for Singapore Exchange (SGX) for the last 18 years, where it is now the largest Global REIT hub in Asia. He also leads a team that covers the listing of Infrastructure Business Trusts and Consumer & Services sector, coupled with a regional coverage of Thailand. Previously he also held geographical responsibility for listings from Malaysia, Middle East & Indonesia. He joined SGX in May 2006.
Prior to joining SGX his career included positions with Singapore Telecommunications (SingTel) & International Enterprise Singapore (IE Singapore). In SingTel, he was responsible for commercial partnerships in Middle East & South Asia, while he covered international partnerships & international operations (Europe) in IE Singapore. He started his working career as a full time pastor in one of the largest church in Singapore.
Mr Tan graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration Honours (Second Upper) degree from the National University of Singapore in 1997.

Terence is currently the co-founder/equity partner of Atelier Capital Partners (Singapore). Together with the Hong Kong’s Atelier Capital Partners (ACP) Group, his family office, Fortez Capital, set up the Singapore office, as a family office with a real estate focus.
Terence has almost 4 decades of experience in both principal real estate investment management and advisory roles. He has been in senior leadership positions with some of the global financial institutions such as GIC (a sovereign fund), AIG (a global financial institution) and Invesco (a global asset manager). He was actively involved in investments and asset management for these institutions in markets such as China, Japan, Australia, Singapore as well as several other South East Asian markets. He also served key leadership roles in global advisory firms such as Jones Lang LaSalle and Colliers, serving as the Singapore’s Country Head for Jones Lang LaSalle as well as Asia Head of Capital Markets for Colliers. He has successfully led or advised investments in both direct and indirect real estate space for more than a combined value of over USD15 billion – spanning different real estate asset classes across global markets.
Terence sat on boards and committees such as the Singapore’s Strata Titles Board, Urban Land Institute (ULI), and served as Honorary Adviser to the Real Estate Developers Association of Singapore. He is also a frequent speaker at global real estate conferences/events including those organised by MIPIM, Expo, ULI, ANREV, PERE and IRE.

Yvonne has more than 20 years of experience across the real estate spectrum, focusing on origination, underwriting investors' returns, due diligence and structuring real estate investment opportunities for clients globally. Prior to joining CLI, Yvonne was the Head of Real Estate Advisory and Investments at the Bank of Singapore. Before joining the bank in 2019, she was the Executive Director, Global Capital Markets at CBRE. Before that, she was the Head of Asia Real Estate at Citi Private Bank.
Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Science from the National University of Singapore.
Kemmu Kawai joined Longevity Partners Japan in September 2022 as the Country Director. Based in Tokyo, he oversees all operations and activities in Japan, the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. He brings him more than 16 years of experience in finance where he specialised in real estate and credit investments. Before joining Longevity Partners, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Norinchukin Bank and as Investment Manager at Center Point Development.
