GWC Global Investments Pte Ltd is the entity for real estate business under the GWC Family. GWC started with a Little India shophouse investment in 2020 and ventured into shophouse micro-markets of Kampong Glam and Geylang. Subsequently, they entered their first investment in the US in 2022 and ventured into the Dubai residential sector this year. The current assets under management total more than SGD 100 million. They are active in 3 markets, Singapore, Dubai and the US, and planning to expand into UK and Vietnam in the immediate future.
