\u7ba1\u7406\u516c\u53f8 KJR Management \u7684\u63a7\u80a1\u516c\u53f8\u3002\u9234\u6728\u76f4\u6a39\u81ea 2022 \u5e74 4 \u6708\u8d77\u64d4\u4efb KJRM \u57f7\u884c\u9577\uff0c\u4e26\u81ea 2020 \u5e74 1 \u6708\u8d77\u517c\u4efb\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u9577\u3002 \u9234\u6728\u76f4\u6a39\u65bc2012\u5e741\u6708\u52a0\u5165\u4e09\u83f1\u5546\u4e8b-\u745e\u4fe1\u623f\u5730\u7522\u80a1\u4efd\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff08\u73fe\u70baKJR Management\uff09\uff0c\u64d4\u4efb\u7814\u7a76\u4e3b\u7ba1\uff0c\u5176\u5f8c\u66fe\u4efb\u5b50\u516c\u53f8MCUBS MidCity\u526f\u7e3d\u88c1\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e09\u83f1\u5546\u4e8b-\u745e\u4fe1\u623f\u5730\u7522\u80a1\u4efd\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u526f\u7e3d\u88c1\uff0c\u96a8\u5f8c\u51fa\u4efb\u73fe\u8077\u3002 \u5728\u6b64\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u76f4\u6a39\u66fe\u65bcLupus alpha Asia\u3001\u65bd\u7f85\u5fb7\u3001\u745e\u9280\u8cc7\u7522\u7ba1\u7406\u3001LTCB\u53caF&amp;C Investment \u8463\u4e8b\u517c\u71df\u904b\u9577\uff0c\u4e26\u64d4\u4efb\u96f6\u552e\u4e0d\u52d5\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u4fe1\u8a17\u4e8b\u696d\u90e8\u7e3d\u7d93\u7406\u3002 \u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4ed6\u65bc2014\u5e7410\u6708\u7372\u4efb\u547d\u70baKenedix Retail REIT
