He joined APG AM Asia in 2023 where he leads the firm\u2019s listed real estate investment strategies for Asia Pacific. Prior to joining APG,&nbsp;Daniel&nbsp;was a Partner, Global Securities Investments with Hazelview Investments (formerly Timbercreek Equities Corp) where he was co- managing Hazelview\u2019s global real estate securities strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Daniel&nbsp;has over 17 years of experience in finance, accounting and capital markets and has worked in the public real estate investment market since 2010.&nbsp;Daniel&nbsp;represents APG AM Asia as SFC Responsible Officer, Type 4 (Advising on Securities), Type 9 (Asset Management). At Hazelview, he was responsible for the firm\u2019s European real estate securities coverage in the Zurich office before transferring to Hong Kong in June 2016 to establish the company\u2019s local Asia presence. Prior to joining Hazelview,&nbsp;Daniel&nbsp;was an Analyst of global real estate securities at 4IP Management AG, an Analyst of global real estate securities at Sal. Oppenheim jr. &amp;; Cie. Corporate Finance (Switzerland) AG and a Funds Analyst at UBS AG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Daniel&nbsp;holds a Bachelor of Arts in Banking and Finance, a Master of Arts in Economics and Business Administration and a Ph.D in Business Administration from the University of Zurich. He holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation, and he is the Chairperson of the Advisory Board of the Mission for Migrant Workers (MFMW) in Hong Kong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aprea.asia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Pak_Man_Yuen.jpg\" alt=\"\u6a38\u6587\u5143\" style=\"width:300px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u8881\u67cf\u6587\u662f\u9ed1\u77f3\u96c6\u5718\u623f\u5730\u7522\u90e8\u9580\u7684\u8463\u4e8b\u7e3d\u7d93\u7406\u3002\u81ea2013\u5e74\u52a0\u5165\u9ed1\u77f3\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u8881\u5148\u751f\u53c3\u8207\u4e86\u9ed1\u77f3\u5728\u4e9e\u6d32\u7684\u591a\u9805\u6295\u8cc7\uff0c\u5305\u62ecSCPG\u3001\u6cf0\u68ee\u63a7\u80a1\u3001\u9676\u5e03\u66fc\u4e9e\u6d32\u548c\u901a\u7528\u96fb\u6c23\u6fb3\u6d32\u6295\u8cc7\u7d44\u5408\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u5728\u52a0\u5165\u9ed1\u77f3\u96c6\u5718\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u8881\u5148\u751f\u66fe\u662f\u6469\u6839\u58eb\u4e39\u5229\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u6536\u8cfc\u5718\u968a\u7684\u6210\u54e1\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u8881\u5148\u751f\u7562\u696d\u65bc\u53f2\u4e39\u4f5b\u5927\u5b78\uff0c\u7372\u5f97\u96fb\u8166\u79d1\u5b78\u5b78\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u79d1\u5b78\u8207\u5de5\u7a0b\u78a9\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\uff0c\u4e26\u4ee5\u512a\u7570\u6210\u7e3e\u7562\u696d\uff0c\u7576\u9078\u70ba\u7f8e\u570b\u5927\u5b78\u512a\u7b49\u751f\u69ae\u8b7d\u5b78\u6703\uff08Phi Beta Kappa\uff09\u6703\u54e1\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u662f\u7279\u66fc\u5b78\u8005\u3002\u8881\u5148\u751f\u73fe\u4efb\u6cf0\u68ee\u63a7\u80a1\u516c\u53f8\u975e\u57f7\u884c\u8463\u4e8b\uff0c\u4e26\u64d4\u4efb\u63d0\u540d\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u548c\u85aa\u916c\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u6210\u54e1\u3002.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aprea.asia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/membership-Terence-Tang_Colliers.jpg\" alt=\"Terence Tang june 2025\" style=\"width:300px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Terence is currently the co-founder\/equity partner of Atelier Capital Partners (Singapore).&nbsp;Together with the Hong Kong\u2019s Atelier Capital Partners (ACP) Group, his family office, Fortez Capital, set up the Singapore office, as a family office with a real estate focus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Terence has almost 4 decades of experience in both principal real estate investment management and advisory roles. &nbsp;He has been in senior leadership positions with some of the global financial institutions such as GIC (a sovereign fund), &nbsp;AIG (a global financial institution) and Invesco (a global asset manager). &nbsp; He was actively involved in investments and asset management for these institutions in markets such as China, Japan, Australia, Singapore as well as several other South East Asian markets. &nbsp;He also served key leadership roles in global advisory firms such as Jones Lang LaSalle and Colliers, serving as the Singapore\u2019s Country Head for Jones Lang LaSalle as well as Asia Head of Capital Markets for Colliers. &nbsp;He has successfully led or advised investments in both direct and indirect real estate space for more than a combined value of over USD15 billion \u2013 spanning different real estate asset classes across global markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Terence sat on boards and committees such as the Singapore\u2019s Strata Titles Board, Urban Land Institute (ULI), and served as Honorary Adviser to the Real Estate Developers Association of Singapore. &nbsp;He is also a frequent speaker at global real estate conferences\/events including those organised by MIPIM, Expo, ULI, ANREV, PERE and IRE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aprea.asia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/RONALD_TAN_1.jpg\" alt=\"Ronald Tan 1\" style=\"width:300px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Ronald Tan is the principal responsible for the marketing &amp; business development of attracting Real Estate listings in particular REITs across global markets for Singapore Exchange (SGX) for the last 18 years, where it is now the largest Global REIT hub in Asia. He also leads a team that covers the listing of Infrastructure Business Trusts and Consumer &amp; Services sector, coupled with a regional coverage of Thailand. Previously he also held geographical responsibility for listings from Malaysia, Middle East &amp; Indonesia. He joined SGX in May 2006. He is currently the Honorary Exco Member of the REIT Association of Singapore (REITAS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u5728\u52a0\u5165\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u4ed6\u66fe\u5728\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u96fb\u4fe1\uff08SingTel\uff09\u548c\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u570b\u969b\u4f01\u696d\u767c\u5c55\u5c40\uff08IE Singapore\uff09\u4efb\u8077\u3002\u5728\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u96fb\u4fe1\uff0c\u4ed6\u8ca0\u8cac\u4e2d\u6771\u548c\u5357\u4e9e\u7684\u5546\u696d\u5408\u4f5c\uff1b\u5728\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u570b\u969b\u4f01\u696d\u767c\u5c55\u5c40\uff0c\u4ed6\u8ca0\u8cac\u570b\u969b\u5408\u4f5c\u548c\u570b\u969b\u71df\u904b\uff08\u6b50\u6d32\uff09\u3002\u4ed6\u7684\u8077\u696d\u751f\u6daf\u59cb\u65bc\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u6700\u5927\u7684\u6559\u6703\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u64d4\u4efb\u5168\u8077\u7267\u5e2b\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u9673\u5148\u751f\u65bc 1997 \u5e74\u7562\u696d\u65bc\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u570b\u7acb\u5927\u5b78\uff0c\u7372\u5f97\u5de5\u5546\u7ba1\u7406\u69ae\u8b7d\u5b78\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\uff08\u4e8c\u7b49\u7532\u7d1a\uff09\u3002.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Singapore \u2013 1 July 2025.
