class=\"\">\u9648\u6653\u6b27\u5148\u751f\u62e5\u6709\u6a2a\u8de8\u4e2d\u56fd\u3001\u7f8e\u56fd\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u9999\u6e2f\u3001\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u53ca\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u7684\u5168\u7403\u5316\u4ece\u4e1a\u7ecf\u5386\uff0c\u6df1\u8015\u4e0d\u52a8\u4ea7\u6295\u878d\u8d44\u3001REITs\u53d1\u884c\u3001\u79c1\u52df\u57fa\u91d1\u7ba1\u7406\u3001\u8d44\u4ea7\u8fd0\u8425\u53ca\u56fd\u9645\u4e1a\u52a1\u62d3\u5c55\u7b49\u9886\u57df\uff0c\u5176\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u8de8\u5883\u8d44\u4ea7\u914d\u7f6e\u7ecf\u9a8c\u4e0e\u524d\u6cbf\u5e02\u573a\u6d1e\u5bdf\uff0c\u5c06\u4e3a\u534f\u4f1a\u6218\u7565\u6df1\u5316\u63d0\u4f9b\u91cd\u8981\u652f\u6491\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u9673\u5148\u751f\u662fFOG\u8cc7\u672c\u53ca\u8cc7\u7522\u7ba1\u7406\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff08\u65d7\u4e0b\u64c1\u6709Fields of Gold Corp.\uff0c\u4e00\u5bb6\u7e3d\u90e8\u4f4d\u65bc\u4e2d\u570b\u4e0a\u6d77\u7684\u5c08\u6ce8\u65bc\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u53ca\u8cc7\u7522\u7ba1\u7406\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff08\u65d7\u4e0b\u64c1\u6709Fields of Gold Corp.\uff0c\u4e00\u5bb6\u7e3d\u90e8\u4f4d\u65bc\u4e2d\u570b\u4e0a\u6d77\u7684\u5c08\u6ce8\u65bc\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u53ca\u8cc7\u7522\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u54c8\u4f5b\u4e2d\u570b\u57fa\u91d1\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34\uff0c\u5408\u4f5c\u8d85\u904e\u5341\u5e74\uff09\u7684\u8463\u4e8b\u9577\u517c\u9996\u5e2d\u57f7\u884c\u5b98\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u662f\u8d8a\u79c0\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u4fe1\u8a17\u57fa\u91d1\uff082005\u5e74\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u662f\u5168\u7403\u9996\u5bb6\u4e0a\u5e02\u4fe1\u8a17\u57fa\u91d1\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u6295\u8cc7\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u4fe1\u8a17\u57fa\u91d1\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u6295\u8cc7\u65bc\u5167\u5730\uff09\u7684\u7368\u7acb\u8463\u4e8b\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4ed6\u9084\u66fe\u64d4\u4efb\u5168\u7403\u6392\u540d\u524d\u5341\u7684\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u57fa\u91d1\u7684\u4e2d\u570b\u5340\u767c\u5c55\u4e3b\u7ba1\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u9999\u6e2f\u4e00\u5bb6\u5927\u578b\u4e0a\u5e02\u85cd\u7c4c\u623f\u5730\u7522\u958b\u767c\u96c6\u5718\u7684\u9ad8\u968e\u4e3b\u7ba1\u3002\u4ed6\u4e5f\u66fe\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u9ebb\u85a9\u8af8\u585e\u5dde\u6ce2\u58eb\u9813\u4e00\u5bb6\u570b\u969b\u5efa\u7bc9\u4e8b\u52d9\u6240\u64d4\u4efb\u8cc7\u6df1\u5efa\u7bc9\u5e2b\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u9648\u5148\u751f\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u9876\u5c16\u5546\u5b66\u9662\u4e4b\u4e00\u2014\u2014\u957f\u6c5f\u5546\u5b66\u9662(CKGSB)\u7684\u5ba2\u5ea7\u6559\u6388\u3002\u4ed6\u8fd8\u66fe\u62c5\u4efb\u4e2d\u56fd\u4eba\u6c11\u5927\u5b66MBA\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u5bfc\u5e08\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u6e05\u534e\u5927\u5b66\u3001\u5317\u4eac\u5927\u5b66\u3001\u4e0a\u6d77\u4ea4\u901a\u5927\u5b66\u548c\u540c\u6d4e\u5927\u5b66\u6559\u6388\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u548c\u8d44\u672c\u5e02\u573a\u76f8\u5173\u8bfe\u7a0b\u3002\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u751f\u6d3b\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u9648\u5148\u751f\u66fe\u5728\u6ce2\u58eb\u987f\u5efa\u7b51\u4e2d\u5fc3(BAC)\u62c5\u4efb\u5ba2\u5ea7\u8bb2\u5e08\uff0c\u6559\u6388\u5efa\u7b51\u8bbe\u8ba1\u548c\u89c4\u5212\u8bfe\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
