Agethen\uff09\u53ca\u57ce\u5e02\u767c\u5c55\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff08CDL\uff09\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7e3d\u76e3\u5b89\u00b7\u827e\u65af\u7279\uff08Esther An\uff09\u70baAPREA\u8463\u4e8b\u6703\u7684\u7368\u7acb\u8463\u4e8b\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">APREA \u8463\u4e8b\u9577\u7d04\u7ff0\u00b7\u6797\uff08John Lim\uff09\u91dd\u5c0d\u6b64\u6b21\u4efb\u547d\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u5011\u5f88\u9ad8\u8208\u6b61\u8fce\u55ac\u6cbb\u00b7\u963f\u683c\u68ee\uff08George Agethen\uff09\u548c\u827e\u65af\u7279\u00b7\u5b89\uff08Esther An\uff09\u52a0\u5165 APREA \u8463\u4e8b\u6703\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u5728\u5be6\u7269\u8cc7\u7522\u884c\u696d\u7684\u9818\u5c0e\u529b\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u5176\u524d\u77bb\u6027\u7684\u601d\u7dad\uff0c\u5c07\u5c0d\u63a8\u52d5 APREA \u7684\u6301\u7e8c\u6210\u9577\u8207\u5275\u65b0\u767c\u63ee\u95dc\u9375\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u6211\u5011\u671f\u5f85\u4ed6\u5011\u80fd\u505a\u51fa\u5bf6\u8cb4\u7684\u8ca2\u737b\u3002\u300d\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">APREA \u57f7\u884c\u9577\u897f\u683c\u9e97\u5fb7\u00b7\u9f4a\u4e9e\u723e\u897f\u5854\uff08Sigrid Zialcita\uff09\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u55ac\u6cbb\u00b7\u963f\u683c\u68ee\uff08George Agethen\uff09\u8207\u827e\u65af\u7279\u00b7\u5b89\uff08Esther An\uff09\u90fd\u662f\u5404\u81ea\u9818\u57df\u4e2d\u5099\u53d7\u656c\u91cd\u7684\u9818\u5c0e\u8005\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u975e\u5e38\u9ad8\u8208\u4ed6\u5011\u80fd\u52a0\u5165\u6211\u5011\u7684\u5718\u968a\u3002 \u55ac\u6cbb\u5728\u8de8\u5883\u6295\u8cc7\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u8c50\u5bcc\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u827e\u65af\u7279\u5c0d\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u627f\u8afe\uff0c\u8207 APREA \u81f4\u529b\u63a8\u52d5\u4e26\u5f15\u9818\u5be6\u7269\u8cc7\u7522\u7522\u696d\u672a\u4f86\u7684\u4f7f\u547d\u5b8c\u7f8e\u5951\u5408\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u6d1e\u898b\u8207\u9818\u5c0e\u624d\u80fd\uff0c\u5c07\u5354\u52a9\u6211\u5011\u5728\u9019\u500b\u5feb\u901f\u6f14\u8b8a\u7684\u5e02\u5834\u4e2d\u61c9\u5c0d\u6311\u6230\u4e26\u628a\u63e1\u6a5f\u9047\u3002\u300d\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure Agethen\uff09\u73fe\u4efb\u9b41\u5317\u514b\u9000\u4f11\u91d1\u8a08\u5283\uff08CDPQ\uff09\u4e9e\u592a\u5340\u623f\u5730\u7522\u90e8\u9580\u4e3b\u7ba1\uff0c\u8ca0\u8cac\u8a72\u5730\u5340\u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u53ca\u8cc7\u7522\u7ba1\u7406\u7b56\u7565\u3002 \u4ed6\u5e38\u99d0\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\uff0c\u9818\u5c0eCDPQ\u5206\u5225\u4f4d\u65bc\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u3001\u5b5f\u8cb7\u53ca\u96ea\u68a8\u7684\u623f\u5730\u7522\u5718\u968a\uff0c\u4e26\u8207\u5167\u90e8\u53ca\u5916\u90e8\u5229\u76ca\u76f8\u95dc\u8005\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u70ba\u4e9e\u592a\u5730\u5340\u6b63\u5728\u958b\u767c\u7684\u91cd\u5927\u9805\u76ee\u5efa\u7acb\u4e26\u978f\u56fa\u6230\u7565\u5925\u4f34\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u55ac\u6cbb\u5728\u4e9e\u6d32\u623f\u5730\u7522\u5e02\u5834\u64c1\u6709\u8c50\u5bcc\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\u3002\u5728 2015 \u5e74\u52a0\u5165\u4f0a\u51e1\u970d\u00b7\u528d\u6a4b\uff08CDPQ \u65d7\u4e0b\u7684\u623f\u5730\u7522\u96c6\u5718\uff09\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u4ed6\u66fe\u5728\u8a72\u5730\u5340\u591a\u5bb6\u9818\u5148\u6a5f\u69cb\u64d4\u4efb\u9ad8\u968e\u4e3b\u7ba1\u8077\u52d9\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca\u6295\u8cc7\u9280\u884c\u3001\u57fa\u91d1\u7ba1\u7406\u53ca\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u7b49\u9818\u57df\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u55ac\u6cbb\u64c1\u6709\u6fb3\u6d32\u96ea\u68a8\u65b0\u5357\u5a01\u723e\u65af\u5927\u5b78\u7684\u5546\u5b78\u53ca\u6cd5\u5b78\u5b78\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e3b\u4fee\u91d1\u878d\u5b78\u7684\u5546\u5b78\u78a9\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u3002\u4ed6\u662f\u6fb3\u5927\u62c9\u897f\u4e9e\u91d1\u878d\u670d\u52d9\u5b78\u6703\u7684\u8cc7\u6df1\u6703\u54e1\uff0c\u4e26\u64d4\u4efb MIPIM \u4e9e\u6d32\u5927\u734e\u7684\u8a55\u5be9\u59d4\u54e1\u3002 \u5728\u8077\u696d\u751f\u6daf\u4e2d\uff0c\u55ac\u6cbb\u66fe\u65c5\u5c45\u6fb3\u6d32\u3001\u9999\u6e2f\u3001\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u53ca\u4e2d\u570b\u3002\u4ed6\u80fd\u6d41\u5229\u4f7f\u7528\u82f1\u8a9e\u3001\u666e\u901a\u8a71\u53ca\u7cb5\u8a9e\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \u5e74\u51fa\u7248\u4e86\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7b2c\u4e00\u4efd\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u5831\u544a\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc 2017 \u5e74\u767c\u884c\u4e86\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u7b46\u7da0\u8272\u50b5\u5238\u3002Esther \u88ab\u806f\u5408\u570b\u5168\u7403\u76df\u7d04\u6388\u4e88 2018 SDG \u7da0\u8272\u57fa\u790e\u8a2d\u65bd\u548c\u4f4e\u78b3\u7d93\u6fdf\u5148\u92d2\uff0c\u4e26\u88ab\u8def\u900f\u793e\u8a55\u70ba 2023 \u5e74 25 \u4f4d\u61c9\u5c0d\u6c23\u5019\u8b8a\u5316\u7684\u958b\u5275\u6027\u5973\u6027\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u9996\u5c46 TIME100 2023 \u5546\u754c\u6c23\u5019\u9818\u8896\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
