Capital &amp; Asset Management Corp. (Fields of Gold Corp. &#8211; a real estate focused investment &amp; asset management firm headquartered in Shanghai, China, and a Harvard China Fund partner for over 10 years) \u200band the independent director of Yuexiu REITs (the World&#8217;s first publicly listed REITs in Hong Kong in 2005 investing mainly in mainland properties). He also has been serving as the Development Head of China for a Top-10 Globally ranked real estate investment fund and as senior executive of one of the largest listed blue-chip real estate development groups in Hong Kong. He has also worked as senior architect in an international architectural firm in Boston, MA. USA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u9648\u5148\u751f\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u9876\u5c16\u5546\u5b66\u9662\u4e4b\u4e00\u2014\u2014\u957f\u6c5f\u5546\u5b66\u9662(CKGSB)\u7684\u5ba2\u5ea7\u6559\u6388\u3002\u4ed6\u8fd8\u66fe\u62c5\u4efb\u4e2d\u56fd\u4eba\u6c11\u5927\u5b66MBA\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u5bfc\u5e08\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u6e05\u534e\u5927\u5b66\u3001\u5317\u4eac\u5927\u5b66\u3001\u4e0a\u6d77\u4ea4\u901a\u5927\u5b66\u548c\u540c\u6d4e\u5927\u5b66\u6559\u6388\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u548c\u8d44\u672c\u5e02\u573a\u76f8\u5173\u8bfe\u7a0b\u3002\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u751f\u6d3b\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u9648\u5148\u751f\u66fe\u5728\u6ce2\u58eb\u987f\u5efa\u7b51\u4e2d\u5fc3(BAC)\u62c5\u4efb\u5ba2\u5ea7\u8bb2\u5e08\uff0c\u6559\u6388\u5efa\u7b51\u8bbe\u8ba1\u548c\u89c4\u5212\u8bfe\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Singapore \u2013 29 July 2024.
