This session delves into the challenge of affordable housing, which has gained significant attention from different stakeholders globally. As urbanisation continues, the growth in affordable housing demand is undeniable, although it remains largely as a government initiative. This segment can open up great new investment possibilities for private participation. As part of the session, Knight Frank India\u2019s is launching its latest report, \u2018Brick by Brick \u2013 long term capital to fund affordable housing for all\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Panel sessions on the REIT resurgence in emerging and mature markets in <em>Day 3: The REIT Resurgence and Infrastructure Trusts Gaining Ground (24 November 2021)<\/em>. The REIT sector has enjoyed strong growth in the Asia Pacific region, with more opportunities still on the horizon. These sessions will consider REIT developments in emerging and developed markets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">A panel session on asset owners embracing ESG in <em>Day 4: Delivering Alpha with Impact (25 November 2021)<\/em>. Sponsored by SS&amp;C Intralinks, the session highlights how asset owners have integrated environmental, social and governance (ESG) elements into their investment strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">More topics will be covered in the Leaders\u2019 Congress, which features a line-up of thought leaders and trailblazers.
