Mr. MacDonald is responsible for leading the origination, evaluation and execution of investments, managing the business plan, advising on hold\/sell and ultimate disposition. Mr. MacDonald is a member of the APAC Real Estate Investment Committee, the APAC Real Estate Management Committee and the global Real Assets Talent Committee.&nbsp; Mr. MacDonald&#8217;s service with the firm dates back to 2007, including his years with MGPA, which was acquired by BlackRock in 2013. He joined MGPA&#8217;s London office where he was Head of Acquisitions &#8211; UK and in 2012, he established MGPA&#8217;s office in Sydney. Mr. MacDonald has over 20 years of experience in real estate, with over 10 years specialising in the sourcing of investment opportunities. He began his career in Sydney where he was a Development Manager at the Mirvac Group and a Commercial Advisor at Colliers International.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Jeffrey Shen, Executive Director, Co-founder &amp; Co-CEO, ESR&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u6c88\u5148\u751f\u65bc 2016 \u5e74\u7372\u59d4\u4efb\u70ba\u8463\u4e8b\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc 2019 \u5e74 2 \u6708\u8abf\u4efb\u70ba\u57f7\u884c\u8463\u4e8b\u3002\u6c88\u5148\u751f\u81ea 2011 \u5e74 6 \u6708\u8d77\u64d4\u4efb\u672c\u96c6\u5718\u7684\u806f\u5e2d\u57f7\u884c\u9577\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u662f e-Shang \u7684\u5171\u540c\u5275\u8fa6\u4eba\u3002\u4ed6\u8ca0\u8cac\u76e3\u7763 ESR \u7684\u6574\u9ad4\u71df\u904b\u548c\u696d\u52d9\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u9818\u5c0e\u5340\u57df\u767c\u5c55\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u4e26\u64f4\u5c55 ESR \u7684\u8cc7\u7522\u548c\u57fa\u91d1\u7ba1\u7406\u5e73\u53f0\u3002\u6c88\u5148\u751f\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u64c1\u6709\u8d85\u904e 20 \u5e74\u7684\u5de5\u696d\u623f\u5730\u7522\u7d93\u9a57\u3002\u5728\u5171\u540c\u5275\u5efaESR\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u6c88\u5148\u751f\u66fe\u4efb\u666e\u6d1b\u65af\u6295\u8cc7\u7ba1\u7406\uff08\u4e2d\u570b\uff09\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u9ad8\u7d1a\u526f\u7e3d\u88c1\u3001\u666e\u6d1b\u65af\uff08\u4e2d\u570b\uff09\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u526f\u7e3d\u88c1\u3001\u666e\u6d1b\u65af\uff08\u4e2d\u570b\uff09\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u526f\u7e3d\u88c1\u3001\u666e\u6d1b\u65af\uff08\u4e2d\u570b\uff09\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u526f\u7e3d\u88c1\u3002(\u5728\u5171\u540c\u5275\u5efa\u672c\u96c6\u5718\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u6c88\u5148\u751f\u66fe\u4efb\u666e\u6d1b\u65af\u6295\u8cc7\u7ba1\u7406\uff08\u4e2d\u570b\uff09\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff08\u524d\u666e\u6d1b\u65af\u4e2d\u570b\uff09\u9ad8\u7d1a\u526f\u7e3d\u88c1\uff0c\u6234\u5fb7\u6881\u884c\u570b\u969b\u7269\u696d\u9867\u554f\u516c\u53f8\u526f\u8463\u4e8b\u3002\u6c88\u5148\u751f\u7562\u696d\u65bc\u4e2d\u570b\u4e0a\u6d77\u4ea4\u901a\u5927\u5b78\uff0c\u53d6\u5f97\u6280\u8853\u7d93\u6fdf\u5b78\u5b78\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u3002\u6c88\u5148\u751f\u4ea6\u6301\u6709\u4e2d\u570b\u6771\u83ef\u5927\u5b78\u5de5\u5546\u7ba1\u7406\u78a9\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u3002.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Sriram Khattar, Managing Director, Rental Business, DLF Group<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">With a prolific career spanning over 35 years, Mr. Sriram Khattar has executed leadership responsibilities in both &#8211; group corporate as well as business head positions. Currently, as the Managing Director of the Rental Business of DLF Group, he manages and is responsible for the rental portfolio for the largest real estate developer in India.&nbsp; Mr. Khattar provides strategic direction and operational leadership to the overall rental portfolio of about 33 million sq. ft. office space and 4 million sq. ft. retail space across the country. He has been instrumental in creating an integrated business model, bringing together a motivated team committed to creating global benchmarks in safety, sustainability and customer centricity across the Offices and Retail Rental portfolio of DLF Group.&nbsp; Mr. Khattar has held numerous senior leadership roles with reputed organizations like ITC (India and Singapore), Escorts and Ferguson Consulting. At ITC, he has held leadership positions in strategy, audit and was the business head of their Singapore entity.
