{"id":24721,"date":"2021-06-14T15:01:00","date_gmt":"2021-06-14T07:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aprea.asia\/?p=24721"},"modified":"2025-04-10T15:02:20","modified_gmt":"2025-04-10T07:02:20","slug":"sgx-launches-worlds-first-esg-reit-derivatives","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aprea.asia\/zh_hk\/sgx-launches-worlds-first-esg-reit-derivatives\/","title":{"rendered":"\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u63a8\u51fa\u5168\u7403\u9996\u6b3e ESG \u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u4fe1\u8a17\uff08REIT\uff09\u884d\u751f\u54c1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\uff08SGX\uff09\u9031\u4e00\u63a8\u51fa\u5176\u7a31\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u9996\u500b\u74b0\u5883\u3001\u793e\u6703\u8207\u6cbb\u7406\uff08ESG\uff09\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u4fe1\u8a17\uff08REIT\uff09\u884d\u751f\u54c1\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u71df\u904b\u5546\u5728\u4e00\u4efd\u8072\u660e\u4e2d\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u65b0\u63a8\u51fa\u7684\u300cSGX\u65e5\u7d93ESG-REIT\u6307\u6578\u671f\u8ca8\u300d\u5408\u7d04\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u6eff\u8db3\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u5c07ESG\u56e0\u7d20\u7d0d\u5165\u6295\u8cc7\u7d44\u5408\u7684\u65e5\u76ca\u589e\u9577\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8a72\u5831\u544a\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u884d\u751f\u6027\u91d1\u878d\u5546\u54c1\u5c07\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u8cc7\u7522\u7ba1\u7406\u516c\u53f8\u53ca\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u689d\u5feb\u901f\u901a\u9053\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u80fd\u9032\u5165\u6301\u7e8c\u6210\u9577\u7684\u65e5\u672c\u4e0d\u52d5\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u4fe1\u8a17\uff08REIT\uff09\u5e02\u5834\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\uff08SGX\uff09\u80a1\u7968\u696d\u52d9\u4e3b\u7ba1\u9ea5\u53ef\u00b7\u8f9b\uff08Michael Syn\uff09\u5728\u8072\u660e\u4e2d\u6307\u51fa\uff1a\u300c\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u5c0d\u6536\u76ca\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u5f37\u52c1\u3001\u5e02\u5834\u6d41\u52d5\u6027\u5145\u6c9b\uff0c\u4e14\u767c\u884c\u4eba\u53c3\u8207\u5ea6\u6975\u9ad8\u3002\u300d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4f5c\u70ba\u57fa\u6e96\u7684\u65e5\u7d93ESG-REIT\u6307\u6578\u63a1\u7528\u300c\u50be\u659c\u6cd5\u300d\u4f86\u8abf\u6574\u6210\u5206\u80a1\u7684\u6b0a\u91cd\uff0c\u4e26\u4ee5\u5168\u7403\u5be6\u7269\u8cc7\u7522ESG\u57fa\u6e96GRESB\u6240\u8a55\u4f30\u7684ESG\u8a55\u7d1a\u4f5c\u70ba\u4f9d\u64da\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8a72\u6307\u6578\u7531 60 \u6a94\u65bc\u6771\u4eac\u8b49\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u80a1\u7968\u7d44\u6210\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u80a1\u7968\u5e7e\u4e4e\u6db5\u84cb\u4e86\u65e5\u672c\u4e0a\u5e02\u4e0d\u52d5\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u4fe1\u8a17\uff08REIT\uff09\u8b49\u5238\u5e02\u5834\u7e3d\u5e02\u503c US$160 \u5104\u7684\u5168\u90e8\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6b64\u6b21\u63a8\u51fa\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u6df1\u5316\u4e86\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\uff08SGX\uff09\u8207\u65e5\u672c\u65d7\u8266\u65b0\u805e\u6a5f\u69cb\u66a8\u6307\u6578\u7de8\u5236\u6a5f\u69cb\u65e5\u7d93\u516c\u53f8\uff08Nikkei Inc\uff09\u9577\u9054\u6578\u5341\u5e74\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002\u96d9\u65b9\u5408\u4f5c\u59cb\u65bc1986\u5e74\u5177\u6709\u6b77\u53f2\u610f\u7fa9\u7684\u300cSGX\u65e5\u7d93225\u6307\u6578\u671f\u8ca8\u300d\u63a8\u51fa\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u8a72\u516c\u544a\u767c\u5e03\u524d\uff0c\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\uff08SGX\uff09\u80a1\u50f9\u65bc\u9031\u4e00\u4e0a\u6f321.5%\uff0c\u5373S$0.16\uff0c\u6536\u76e4\u5831S$10.71\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.businesstimes.com.sg\/companies-markets\/sgx-launches-worlds-first-esg-reit-derivatives\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u9ede\u6b64\u95b1\u8b80\u65b0\u805e<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>THE Singapore Exchange (SGX) on Monday launched what it has called the world&#8217;s first environment, social and governance (ESG) real-estate investment trust (Reit) derivatives.
