Spring REIT strives to offer to Unitholders stable distributions and the potential for sustainable long-term growth. Spring REIT is the first Hong Kong REIT to offer direct exposure to premium grade offices strategically located in the CBD of Beijing, and is also the first Hong Kong REIT to have made an acquisition in the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">The property portfolio of Spring REIT includes: (1) two premium grade office buildings in the China Central Place complex in Beijing, China; and (2) 84 separate commercial properties in the United Kingdom. These two office buildings in Beijing are located in the city\u2019s traditional CBD in Chaoyang District, with a total gross office floor area of more than 120,000 sqm and about 600 car parking space. In 2017, Spring REIT acquired the portfolio of 84 separate commercial properties across the UK.
