GPR\/APREA \u4e0a\u5e02\u623f\u5730\u7522\u7d9c\u5408\u6307\u6578\u65bc 10 \u6708\u4efd\u9304\u5f97\u8ca0\u56de\u5831\uff0c\u8868\u73fe\u905c\u65bc\u5340\u5167\u80a1\u7968\u5e02\u5834\uff0c\u800c\u5340\u5167\u80a1\u7968 \u5e02\u5834\u5247\u53d7\u5230\u91cd\u78c5\u79d1\u6280\u80a1\u53ca\u50b5\u5238\u7684\u652f\u6301\u3002\u4e2d\u570b\u623f\u5730\u7522\u80a1\u662f\u5340\u5167\u7684\u91cd\u78c5\u80a1\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u623f\u5730\u7522\u516c\u53f8\u7e7c\u7e8c\u9762\u5c0d\u653f\u5e9c\u65b0\u8a02\u7684\u50b5\u52d9\u6bd4\u7387\u4e0a\u9650\u7684\u58d3\u529b\uff0c\u4ee4\u4e2d\u570b\u623f\u5730\u7522\u80a1\u6536\u7e2e\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5370\u5c3c\u80a1\u5e02\u4e00\u53cd\u5340\u5167\u8da8\u52e2\uff0c\u5728\u52de\u5de5\u5e02\u5834\u6539\u9769\u53ef\u4fc3\u9032\u7d93\u6fdf\u589e\u9577\u7684\u6a02\u89c0\u9810\u671f\u4e0b\uff0c\u9304\u5f97\u6700\u5927\u5347\u5e45\u3002\u83f2\u5f8b\u8cd3\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\u4e5f\u56e0\u611f\u67d3\u500b\u6848\u6e1b\u7de9\u800c\u5fa9\u7526\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u672c\u6708\u5167\uff0c\u5609\u5fb7\u5546\u696d\u4fe1\u8a17\u8207\u5609\u5fb7\u5546\u5834\u4fe1\u8a17\u5408\u4f75\u5b8c\u6210\uff0c\u7d44\u6210\u65b0\u5be6\u9ad4 - \u5609\u5fb7\u7d9c\u5408\u5546\u696d\u4fe1\u8a17\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7684\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u4fe1\u8a17\u57fa\u91d1\uff08REITs\uff09\u5728\u4f4e\u5229\u7387\u7684\u523a\u6fc0\u4e0b\uff0c\u52a0\u5feb\u4e86\u6536\u8cfc\u6b65\u4f10\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u4e2d\u592e\u9280\u884c\u5141\u8a31\u7684\u4fee\u8a02\u8cc7\u7522\u8ca0\u50b5\u9650\u5236\u4e0b\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u50b5\u52d9\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u5f9e\u4e0a\u534a\u5e74\u56e0\u7981\u552e\u5c0e\u81f4\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u653e\u7de9\u4e2d\u5f37\u52e2\u5fa9\u7526\u3002\u5e02\u5834\u5831\u544a\u986f\u793a\uff0cS-REITs \u5ba3\u4f48\u7684\u6536\u8cfc\u91d1\u984d\u5df2\u9054 S$73 \u5104\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u800c\u4eca\u5e74\u4e0a\u534a\u5e74\u5247\u7d04\u70ba S$14 \u5104\u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u9019\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u4f7f\u6536\u8cfc\u6d3b\u52d5\u8655\u65bc\u5927\u6d41\u884c\u524d\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u4fe1\u8a17\u57fa\u91d1\u4ecd\u5c08\u6ce8\u65bc\u9577\u671f\u6f5b\u529b\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u4efb\u4f55\u5b9a\u50f9\u5931\u8abf\u5c01\u9396\u6709\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u7684\u9032\u5165\u6a5f\u6703\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u8a72\u5730\u5340\u7684\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u4fe1\u8a17\u57fa\u91d1\u5e02\u5834\u6d3b\u52d5\u6301\u7e8c\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u4e26\u9032\u884c\u4e86\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u52df\u8cc7\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002\u5728\u6fb3\u6d32\u8b49\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684 Home Consortium Limited \u6b63\u5728\u70ba\u5176\u5206\u62c6\u516c\u53f8 Home Co Daily Needs REIT \u7684\u64ec\u8b70\u9996\u6b21\u516c\u958b\u52df\u80a1\u5c0b\u6c42 $3 \u5104\u6fb3\u5143\u7684\u8cc7\u91d1\u3002\u7269\u6d41\u5de8\u982d ESR \u4e5f\u5ba3\u4f48\u8a08\u5283\u5728 12 \u6708\u9996\u6b21\u63a8\u51fa\u97d3\u570b\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u4fe1\u8a17\u57fa\u91d1\uff0c\u76ee\u6a19\u662f\u51fa\u552e 3,753 \u5104\u82f1\u938a\u7684\u80a1\u7968\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u4f4d\u65bc\u97d3\u570b\u6700\u5927\u57ce\u5e02\u9996\u723e\u548c\u91dc\u5c71\u7684\u7269\u6d41\u6295\u8cc7\u7d44\u5408\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
