class=\"\">2020\u5e744\u670830\u65e5\uff0c\u570b\u5bb6\u767c\u5c55\u548c\u6539\u9769\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u8207\u8b49\u5238\u76e3\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u806f\u5408\u767c\u5e03\u4e86\u300a\u95dc\u65bc\u8a2d\u7acb\u4e2d\u570b\u57fa\u790e\u8a2d\u65bd\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u4fe1\u8a17\u57fa\u91d1\uff08C-REITs\uff09\u7684\u898f\u5b9a\u300b\u3002\u8a72\u516c\u544a\u6a19\u8a8c\u8457C-REITs\u6b63\u5f0f\u9032\u5165\u4e2d\u570b\u5e02\u5834\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u4e9e\u592a\u623f\u5730\u7522\u5354\u6703\uff08APREA\uff09\u4e00\u76f4\u7a4d\u6975\u652f\u6301\u4e2d\u570b\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u4fe1\u8a17\u57fa\u91d1\uff08REITs\uff09\u7684\u63a8\u51fa\u3002 APREA\u6191\u85c9\u8457\u5728\u570b\u969bREITs\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\u8207\u898b\u89e3\uff0c\u5354\u52a9\u5efa\u69cb\u7368\u5177\u7279\u8272\u7684\u4e2d\u570bREITs\u76e3\u7ba1\u67b6\u69cb\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cAPREA\u4e5f\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u5728\u5168\u7403\u63a8\u5ee3REITs\u77e5\u8b58\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u4eba\u5011\u5c0dREITs\u6f5b\u529b\u7684\u8a8d\u77e5\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u70ba\u6b64\uff0c\u4e9e\u592a\u623f\u5730\u7522\u5354\u6703\u9080\u8acb\u4e86\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u4fe1\u8a17\u57fa\u91d1\uff08REITs\uff09\u884c\u696d\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u4eba\u7269\u5206\u4eab\u4ed6\u5011\u5c0d\u4e2d\u570bREITs\u767c\u5c55\u6f5b\u529b\u7684\u770b\u6cd5\u3002 \u300a\u4e2d\u570bREITs\u624b\u518a\u300b\u662f\u4e00\u672c\u95dc\u65bc\u4e2d\u570bREITs\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u624b\u518a\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u5e6b\u52a9\u516c\u773e\u3001\u696d\u5167\u4eba\u58eb\u548c\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u4e86\u89e3\u4e2d\u570bREITs\u3002\u624b\u518a\u7531\u4e9e\u592a\u623f\u5730\u7522\u5354\u6703\u8207\u91d1\u675c\u5f8b\u5e2b\u4e8b\u52d9\u6240\uff08\u4e2d\u570b\uff09\u3001\u7562\u99ac\u5a01\u6703\u8a08\u5e2b\u4e8b\u52d9\u6240\uff08\u4e2d\u570b\uff09\u3001\u9ad8\u7def\u74b0\u7403\uff08\u4e2d\u570b\uff09\u4ee5\u53ca\u5317\u4eac\u5927\u5b78\u5149\u83ef\u7ba1\u7406\u5b78\u9662\u5171\u540c\u7de8\u5beb\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" id=\"system-readmore\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">2020\u5e744\u670830\u65e5\uff0c\u570b\u5bb6\u767c\u5c55\u548c\u6539\u9769\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u8207\u8b49\u5238\u76e3\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u806f\u5408\u767c\u5e03\u4e86\u300a\u95dc\u65bc\u8a2d\u7acb\u4e2d\u570b\u57fa\u790e\u8a2d\u65bd\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u4fe1\u8a17\u57fa\u91d1\uff08C-REITs\uff09\u7684\u898f\u5b9a\u300b\u3002\u8a72\u516c\u544a\u6a19\u8a8c\u8457C-REITs\u6b63\u5f0f\u9032\u5165\u4e2d\u570b\u5e02\u5834\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u4e9e\u592a\u623f\u5730\u7522\u5354\u6703\uff08APREA\uff09\u4e00\u76f4\u7a4d\u6975\u652f\u6301\u4e2d\u570b\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u4fe1\u8a17\u57fa\u91d1\uff08REITs\uff09\u7684\u63a8\u51fa\u3002 APREA\u6191\u85c9\u8457\u5728\u570b\u969bREITs\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\u8207\u898b\u89e3\uff0c\u5354\u52a9\u5efa\u69cb\u7368\u5177\u7279\u8272\u7684\u4e2d\u570bREITs\u76e3\u7ba1\u67b6\u69cb\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cAPREA\u4e5f\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u5728\u5168\u7403\u63a8\u5ee3REITs\u77e5\u8b58\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u4eba\u5011\u5c0dREITs\u6f5b\u529b\u7684\u8a8d\u77e5\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u70ba\u6b64\uff0c\u4e9e\u592a\u623f\u5730\u7522\u5354\u6703\u9080\u8acb\u4e86\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u4fe1\u8a17\u57fa\u91d1\uff08REITs\uff09\u884c\u696d\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u4eba\u7269\u5206\u4eab\u4ed6\u5011\u5c0d\u4e2d\u570bREITs\u767c\u5c55\u6f5b\u529b\u7684\u770b\u6cd5\u3002 \u300a\u4e2d\u570bREITs\u624b\u518a\u300b\u662f\u4e00\u672c\u95dc\u65bc\u4e2d\u570bREITs\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u624b\u518a\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u5e6b\u52a9\u516c\u773e\u3001\u696d\u5167\u4eba\u58eb\u548c\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u4e86\u89e3\u4e2d\u570bREITs\u3002\u624b\u518a\u7531\u4e9e\u592a\u623f\u5730\u7522\u5354\u6703\u8207\u91d1\u675c\u5f8b\u5e2b\u4e8b\u52d9\u6240\uff08\u4e2d\u570b\uff09\u3001\u7562\u99ac\u5a01\u6703\u8a08\u5e2b\u4e8b\u52d9\u6240\uff08\u4e2d\u570b\uff09\u3001\u9ad8\u7def\u74b0\u7403\uff08\u4e2d\u570b\uff09\u4ee5\u53ca\u5317\u4eac\u5927\u5b78\u5149\u83ef\u7ba1\u7406\u5b78\u9662\u5171\u540c\u7de8\u5beb\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">11\u670811\u65e5\uff0c\u4e9e\u592a\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u5354\u6703\uff08APREA\uff09\u5c07\u5728\u5168\u7403\u5404\u5730\u8209\u8fa6\u7dda\u4e0a\u7814\u8a0e\u6703\u3002\u6240\u6709\u70ba\u8a72\u51fa\u7248\u7269\u64b0\u7a3f\u7684\u4f5c\u8005\u90fd\u5c07\u51fa\u5e2d\u672c\u6b21\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u4e26\u8207\u89c0\u773e\u5206\u4eab\u66f4\u6df1\u5165\u7684\u5167\u5bb9\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cAPREA\u4e5f\u9080\u8acb\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u4fe1\u8a17\u57fa\u91d1\uff08REITs\uff09\u9818\u57df\u7684\u5c08\u696d\u4eba\u58eb\u53c3\u8207\u5c0f\u7d44\u8a0e\u8ad6\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e86\u89e3\u4ed6\u5011\u5c0d\u4e2d\u570bREITs\u5e02\u5834\u524d\u666f\u7684\u770b\u6cd5\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u4eca\u5929\u5c31\u52a0\u5165\u6211\u5011\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a\u95dc\u65bc\u4e2d\u570b\u623f\u5730\u7522\u6295\u8cc7\u4fe1\u8a17\u57fa\u91d1\uff08REITs\uff09\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff01<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
