Participants submitted detailed metrics on hiring, promotion, retention, workplace culture, and internal practices related to workforce inclusivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">The Survey was renamed from the Global Real Estate DEI Survey to better reflect its broader focus. While representation data remains core, the Survey also evaluates how companies foster employee engagement, ensure pay equity, and expand access to real estate careers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Highlights from Volume 3 (2024) included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">96% of participating firms had workforce culture or inclusivity-related policies; 56.4% had formal strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Female representation ranged from 39.8% to 45.6% globally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">30% of U.S. employees identified as part of underrepresented racial or ethnic groups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">36.3% of firms had dedicated budgets to support workforce-related initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Scholarships and internships emerged as the top policy for expanding candidate pools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">The survey (Volume 4) is supported by a coalition of associations including AFIRE, AIA, APREA, AREF, BOMA, BPF, CFMA, CoreNet Global, CREFC, CREW Network, EPRA, NAIOP, NAREIM, NCREIF, OSCRE, PFA, PREA, RICS, REALPAC and ULI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Data collection is open from June 24 to September 19, 2025.
