One of the key fundamentals ensuring stable income is the weighted average lease expiry, which stands at 6,4 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Over the six years of our group&#8217;s history, we have become a major player in the real estate funds market across Central and Western Europe. Today, the ZDR portfolio comprises more than 60 retail properties valued at over EUR 530 million. We operate in both established and developing countries of the EU, specifically in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Croatia, and Germany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">We have recently launched a Singapore-based feeder fund. Thanks to its two-level structure (master-feeder fund), Southeast Asian investors can now benefit from a proven European investment concept aligned with their local investment environment.
