The Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Hisashi Ishiwata, President and CEO of Diamond Realty Management Inc., as Deputy Chairman of the APREA Japan Chapter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"262\" height=\"262\" src=\"https:\/\/aprea.asia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/image-111.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25694\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aprea.asia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/image-111.png 262w, https:\/\/www.aprea.asia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/image-111-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 262px) 100vw, 262px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">He joined Mitsubishi Corporation in April 1997 and has been engaged in all aspects of real estate development and finance business in Japan and the U.S. for about 25 years. From April 2013, he was seconded to Diamond Realty Management, Inc. where he served as Director of a board and Head of the Investment Management Div. He returned to Mitsubishi Corporation in April 2017, and was in charge of the US real estate business. From September 2019, he was seconded to Diamond Realty Investments, Inc. in Dallas, TX. as Chief Operating Officer.
