NXST is India\u2019s leading urban consumption centre platform, and it consistently strive to create long-term value for all its stakeholders in a sustainable and inclusive manner. NXST is sponsored by Wynford Investments Limited, an affiliate of Blackstone Incorporation. Also, Blackstone Group is a major investor in NXST. NXST has a portfolio of 17 operational consumption centres (malls) spread across 14 major cities in India. NXST was registered at Mumbai, Maharashtra as an irrevocable trust under the provisions of Indian Trusts Act, 1882, pursuant to a trust deed dated August 10, 2022. NXST was registered with SEBI on September 15, 2022 as a REIT under Regulation 3(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Real Estate Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 \u201c<strong>REIT Regulations<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Nexus Select Mall Management Private Limited (previously known as Nexus India Retail Management Services Private Limited) (\u201c<strong>NSMMPL<\/strong>\u201d or \u201c<strong>\u7ecf\u7406<\/strong>\u201d) is the Manager of NXST.
