Hamish MacDonald, Managing Director, Head of Investments, BlackRock Asia Pacific Real Estate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Hamish MacDonald oversees the real estate investment teams across the region. Mr. MacDonald is responsible for leading the origination, evaluation and execution of investments, managing the business plan, advising on hold\/sell and ultimate disposition. Mr. MacDonald is a member of the APAC Real Estate Investment Committee, the APAC Real Estate Management Committee and the global Real Assets Talent Committee.  Mr. MacDonald’s service with the firm dates back to 2007, including his years with MGPA, which was acquired by BlackRock in 2013. He joined MGPA’s London office where he was Head of Acquisitions – UK and in 2012, he established MGPA’s office in Sydney. Mr. MacDonald has over 20 years of experience in real estate, with over 10 years specialising in the sourcing of investment opportunities. He began his career in Sydney where he was a Development Manager at the Mirvac Group and a Commercial Advisor at Colliers International.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jeffrey Shen, Executive Director, Co-founder & Co-CEO, ESR <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Appointed as Director in 2016 and re-designated as Executive Director in February 2019, Mr. Shen has been the co-CEO of our Group since June 2011 and was also a co-founder of e-Shang. He is responsible for overseeing ESR\u2019s overall operations and business development, leading regional growth strategies, and expanding ESR\u2019s asset and fund management platforms. Mr. Shen has over 20 years of industrial real estate experience in the PRC. Prior to co-founding our group, he was previously Senior Vice President at GLP Investment Management (China) Co. Ltd. (formerly Prologis China); and the deputy director in DTZ Debenham Tie Leung International Property Advisers. He graduated from the Shanghai Jiaotong University in the PRC and obtained a bachelor\u2019s degree in technical economics. Mr. Shen also holds an MBA from Donghua University in the PRC. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sriram Khattar, Managing Director, Rental Business, DLF Group<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a prolific career spanning over 35 years, Mr. Sriram Khattar has executed leadership responsibilities in both – group corporate as well as business head positions. Currently, as the Managing Director of the Rental Business of DLF Group, he manages and is responsible for the rental portfolio for the largest real estate developer in India.  Mr. Khattar provides strategic direction and operational leadership to the overall rental portfolio of about 33 million sq. ft. office space and 4 million sq. ft. retail space across the country. He has been instrumental in creating an integrated business model, bringing together a motivated team committed to creating global benchmarks in safety, sustainability and customer centricity across the Offices and Retail Rental portfolio of DLF Group.  Mr. Khattar has held numerous senior leadership roles with reputed organizations like ITC (India and Singapore), Escorts and Ferguson Consulting. At ITC, he has held leadership positions in strategy, audit and was the business head of their Singapore entity. Mr. Khattar is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a batch topper from the Hindu College, Delhi University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
