Founded in 2005, Xander Investment Management (\u201cXIM\u201d)<\/strong> is the private investments platform of The Xander Group that provides global institutional and accredited investors access to investment opportunities in the burgeoning yet highly complex Indian real estate markets through its diversified platforms and strategies.  Headquartered in Singapore, and regulated by Monetary Authority of Singapore (\u201cMAS\u201d), XIM provides investment advisory and fund management services through its various private investment vehicles with different risk \/ return profiles such as blind pool, co-mingled funds, sector funds like retail, value-add office, value-add industrial, and customized advisory and managed accounts. XIM seeks investment opportunities that are compelling on a risk-adjusted basis, that are characterized by a philosophy of both current value and tangible opportunity for future growth, and mostly has structured its investments via long-term, control positions in residential, commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality and certain type of infrastructure assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As an asset management company with offices in Singapore and Mauritius, and together with its advisory affiliate offices and teams across key cities in India, XIM is a vertically integrated real estate advisory platform that caters to the full spectrum of real estate asset lifecycle, spanning opportunity identification, deal negotiation and closure, portfolio operations and management (encompassing asset level development, leasing and management advisory), (re)financing and leverage, and monetization. XIM\u2019s property services division currently provides its full suite of real estate advisory services to property portfolio of 8 million square feet that is spread across all seven tier-1 cities in India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
