{"id":5539,"date":"2021-11-01T18:18:00","date_gmt":"2021-11-01T10:18:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aprea.asia\/?post_type=knowledge-hub&#038;p=5539"},"modified":"2025-04-01T18:20:23","modified_gmt":"2025-04-01T10:20:23","slug":"asia-pacific-hotel-sales-investment-october-2021","status":"publish","type":"knowledge-hub","link":"https:\/\/www.aprea.asia\/zh\/knowledge-hub\/asia-pacific-hotel-sales-investment-october-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Asia Pacific Hotel Sales &amp; Investment &#8211; October 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p id=\"txt_01\" class=\"\">Investment sentiment continues to recover<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">North Asia led the region\u2019s recovery with a strong flow of investment activity&nbsp;while Southeast Asian markets are anticipated to steadily reopen borders by&nbsp;implementing a variety of travel schemes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">In Q3\/2021, an APAC hotel investment volume of\u00a0<strong>US$2.2\u00a0billion<\/strong>\u00a0was registered across 43 transactions, up\u00a0<strong>12%<\/strong>\u00a0yearon-\u00a0year (YoY).\u00a0<strong>75%<\/strong>\u00a0of the transactions were completed by\u00a0domestic buyers.
