class=\"\"><strong>\u4e0a\u5e02\u623f\u5730\u4ea7<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">GPR\/APREA\u4e0a\u5e02\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u7efc\u5408\u6307\u6570\u52c9\u5f3a\u7ef4\u6301\u5728\u6b63\u503c\u533a\u95f4\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u3001\u9999\u6e2f\u548c\u65e5\u672c\u7684\u5fae\u5e45\u4e0a\u6da8\u52c9\u5f3a\u62b5\u6d88\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u548c\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7b49\u5176\u4ed6\u533a\u57df\u5de8\u5934\u7684\u8dcc\u5e45\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u80a1\u4e0b\u8dcc\uff0c\u6b64\u524d\u5317\u4eac\u53ec\u5f00\u7684\u4e00\u6b21\u4f1a\u8bae\u8003\u8651\u5f81\u6536\u623f\u4ea7\u7a0e\u4ee5\u904f\u5236\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u5e02\u573a\u8fc7\u5ea6\u6295\u673a\uff0c\u4ee4\u5e02\u573a\u60c5\u7eea\u627f\u538b\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u770b\u597d\u5f3a\u52bf\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\u4ee5\u53ca\u7f8e\u8054\u50a8\u5bbd\u677e\u7684\u8d27\u5e01\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u80a1\u5e02\u8fde\u7eed\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4e2a\u6708\u6536\u9ad8\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5370\u5ea6\u75ab\u60c5\u5f62\u52bf\u4e25\u5cfb\uff0c\u611f\u67d3\u4eba\u6570\u5c45\u5168\u7403\u4e4b\u9996\uff0c\u4f46\u7531\u4e8eIndiabulls Real Estate\u548cEmbassy Group\u7684\u5408\u5e76\u6848\u8fdb\u5c55\u987a\u5229\uff0c\u5370\u5ea6\u80a1\u5e02\u4f9d\u7136\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u6700\u9ad8\u56de\u62a5\u3002\u8be5\u5408\u5e76\u6848\u5df2\u83b7\u5f97\u76d1\u7ba1\u90e8\u95e8\u6279\u51c6\uff0c\u5408\u5e76\u540e\u5c06\u8bde\u751f\u5370\u5ea6\u6700\u5927\u7684\u4e0a\u5e02\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u516c\u53f8\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u6295\u8d44\u4fe1\u6258\u57fa\u91d1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">GPR\/APREA\u7efc\u5408REIT\u6307\u6570\u57285\u6708\u4efd\u7ee7\u7eed\u4fdd\u6301\u4e0a\u6da8\u52bf\u5934\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4e9a\u592a\u5730\u533a\u5927\u591a\u6570REIT\u5e02\u573a\u8868\u73b0\u900a\u4e8e\u80a1\u7968\u5e02\u573a\u3002\u9999\u6e2f\u5e02\u573a\u662f\u4e2a\u4f8b\u5916\uff0c\u6536\u76ca\u7387\u6700\u9ad8\uff0c\u7565\u9ad8\u4e8e310\u4ebf\u81f33\u4e07\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u4ece\u884c\u4e1a\u677f\u5757\u6765\u770b\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u677f\u5757\u7684\u6da8\u5e45\u4e5f\u8f83\u4e3a\u5e73\u6de1\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u52a0\u5f3a\u4e86\u9632\u63a7\u63aa\u65bd\u4ee5\u5e94\u5bf9\u611f\u67d3\u75c5\u4f8b\u7684\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u65b0\u52a0\u5761REITs\u5728\u4e9a\u592a\u5730\u533a\u8868\u73b0\u4e0d\u4f73\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u5de5\u4e1aREITs\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u8d44\u4ea7\u89c4\u6a21\u4ecd\u5728\u6301\u7eed\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u4eca\u5e74\u5df2\u5ba3\u5e03\u7684\u91cd\u5927\u6536\u8d2d\u6848\u4ef7\u503c\u8d85\u8fc710\u4ebf\u81f34\u4e07\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u7684\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u6295\u8d44\u4fe1\u6258\u57fa\u91d1\uff08REITs\uff09\u5e02\u573a\u4e5f\u8fce\u6765\u4e86\u4e00\u9879\u91cd\u5927\u8fdb\u5c55\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u671f\u5f85\u5df2\u4e45\u7684\u516c\u5f00\u4e0a\u5e02REITs\u5e02\u573a\u6b63\u5f0f\u542f\u52a8\uff0c\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u6784\u6279\u51c6\u4e86\u9996\u6279REITs\uff0c\u5305\u62ec9\u53ea\u80a1\u7968\uff0c\u9884\u8ba1\u5c06\u52df\u96c6300\u4ebf\u5143\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\u7528\u4e8e\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u9879\u76ee\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u5e02\u573a\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fdREITs\u76ee\u524d\u4ec5\u4ee5\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u4e3a\u57fa\u7840\u8d44\u4ea7\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u7b26\u5408\u6761\u4ef6\u7684\u6807\u7684\u8d44\u4ea7\u4e0d\u5305\u62ec\u8d2d\u7269\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6216\u5199\u5b57\u697c\u7b49\u5546\u4e1a\u5730\u4ea7\u3002\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u8fce\u6765\u4e86\u9996\u53ea\u4e13\u6ce8\u4e8e\u7269\u6d41\u9886\u57df\u7684REITs\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u987a\u4e30\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u6295\u8d44\u4fe1\u6258\u57fa\u91d1\uff08SF REIT\uff09\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u8054\u4ea4\u6240\u6210\u529f\u4e0a\u5e02\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u6295\u8d44\u4fe1\u6258\u57fa\u91d1\uff08REIT\uff09\u9886\u57df\u7684\u5e76\u8d2d\u6d3b\u52a8\u4e5f\u65e5\u76ca\u6d3b\u8dc3\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u76ee\u524d\u65e5\u672cInvesco Office J-REIT\u7684\u6536\u8d2d\u6218\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u5728\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u8bc1\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9aUnity Healthcare Property Trust\u4e5f\u6210\u4e3a\u52a0\u62ff\u5927NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT\u548c\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u4e3b\u6743\u8d22\u5bcc\u57fa\u91d1GIC\u7684\u6536\u8d2d\u76ee\u6807\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>\u524d\u666f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
