\u7b2c\u4e00\u592a\u5e73\u6234\u7ef4\u65af\u4e9a\u6d32\u533a\u5de5\u4e1a\u4e0e\u7269\u6d41\u90e8\u603b\u76d1\u6770\u514b-\u54c8\u514b\u5c3c\u65af\uff08Jack Harkness\uff09\u8bf4\uff1a\u201c\u6682\u505c\u65b0\u5efa\u6570\u636e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u7ed3\u675f\u5e76\u83b7\u5f97\u6279\u51c6\u662f\u4e2a\u597d\u6d88\u606f\uff0c\u5bf9\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u5173\u6ce8\u4e5f\u662f\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0c\u5728\u8fd9\u4e00\u8bd5\u70b9\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u4e09\u5bb6\u6570\u636e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u83b7\u5f97\u6279\u51c6\uff0c\u7ade\u4e89\u5c06\u5341\u5206\u6fc0\u70c8\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u7531\u4e8e\u62c5\u5fc3\u6570\u636e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u7528\u7535\u91cf\uff0c\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u653f\u5e9c\u5728 2019 \u5e74\u6682\u505c\u5efa\u8bbe\u65b0\u7684\u6570\u636e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u6709 70 \u4e2a\u6570\u636e\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u603b\u5bb9\u91cf\u8fbe 1000 \u5146\u74e6\uff1b\u8be5\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u7528\u7535\u91cf\u7ea6\u5360\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u603b\u7528\u7535\u91cf\u7684 7%\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4eca\u5e74 1 \u6708\uff0c\u8d38\u5de5\u90e8\u957f\u7518\u91d1\u52c7\u5374\u8bf4\u201c\u201c\u867d\u7136\u6211\u4eec\u7ee7\u7eed\u6b22\u8fce\u6570\u636e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6295\u8d44\uff0c\u4f46\u6211\u4eec\u6253\u7b97\u5728\u5bb9\u7eb3\u54ea\u4e9b\u6570\u636e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u65b9\u9762\u66f4\u52a0\u7cbe\u6311\u7ec6\u9009\u3002\u7279\u522b\u662f\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u591f\u5438\u5f15\u90a3\u4e9b\u5728\u8d44\u6e90\u6548\u7387\u65b9\u9762\u4e00\u6d41\u7684\u3001\u80fd\u591f\u4e3a\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u548c\u6218\u7565\u76ee\u6807\u505a\u51fa\u8d21\u732e\u7684\u6570\u636e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u201d\u3002 \u968f\u540e\u53ec\u5f00\u7684\u5728\u7ebf\u4f1a\u8bae\u6982\u8ff0\u4e86\u653f\u5e9c\u5bf9\u65b0\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6570\u636e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4f7f\u7528\u7535\u529b\u4e3a\u5185\u90e8\u8fd0\u884c\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u5668\u4f9b\u7535\uff0c\u66f4\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\u4fdd\u6301\u670d\u52a1\u5668\u51b7\u5374\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u6570\u5343\u53f0\u670d\u52a1\u5668\u6301\u7eed\u8fd0\u884c\u4f1a\u4ea7\u751f\u5927\u91cf\u70ed\u91cf\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6570\u636e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u6548\u7387\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u80fd\u6e90\u4f7f\u7528\u6548\u7387\uff08PUE\uff09\u6765\u8861\u91cf\uff0c\u8be5\u6307\u6807\u901a\u8fc7\u8ba1\u7b97\u6574\u4f53\u80fd\u8017\u4e0e IT \u8bbe\u5907\u5355\u72ec\u80fd\u8017\u7684\u6bd4\u7387\u6765\u8bc4\u4f30\u8bbe\u65bd\u7684\u80fd\u6548\u3002\u6ee1\u5206\u662f 1\u3002\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u5c06\u8981\u6c42\u65b0\u5efa\u6570\u636e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684 PUE \u503c\u8fbe\u5230 1.3 \u6216\u66f4\u4f4e\u3002\u5178\u578b\u6570\u636e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684 PUE \u7ea6\u4e3a 1.5-1.7\uff0c\u800c\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u548c\u97e9\u56fd\u7b49\u56fd\u6700\u65b0\u6570\u636e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u76ee\u6807 PUE \u4e3a 1.2-1.4\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u653f\u5e9c\u5b98\u5458\u8bf4\uff0c\u5728\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u5efa\u8bbe\u548c\u8fd0\u8425\u6570\u636e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u65b9\u9762\u6709\u826f\u597d\u8bb0\u5f55\u7684\u7533\u8bf7\u8005\u5c06\u5f97\u5230\u4f18\u5148\u8003\u8651\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u8865\u5145\u8bf4\uff0c\u4ece\u957f\u8fdc\u6765\u770b\uff0c\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u51b3\u5fc3\u7ee7\u7eed\u4fdd\u6301\u6570\u636e\u548c\u8fde\u63a5\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u5730\u4f4d\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u968f\u7740\u6570\u636e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5f00\u53d1\u5546\u548c\u8fd0\u8425\u5546\u4e89\u76f8\u6210\u4e3a\u6682\u505c\u671f\u5185\u83b7\u6279\u7684\u4e09\u4e2a\u6570\u636e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u6682\u505c\u671f\u7684\u7ed3\u675f\u9884\u8ba1\u5c06\u5f15\u53d1\u7533\u8bf7\u70ed\u6f6e\u3002\u201c\u54c8\u514b\u5185\u65af\u8bf4\uff1a\u201d\u6211\u4eec\u9884\u8ba1\uff0c\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\u5df2\u6709\u7684\u5f00\u53d1\u5546\u548c\u8fd0\u8425\u5546\u5c06\u4e3a\u6709\u9650\u7684\u8bb8\u53ef\u5c55\u5f00\u6fc0\u70c8\u7ade\u4e89\u3002\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u8fd8\u53ef\u80fd\u770b\u5230\u79c1\u52df\u80a1\u6743\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u57fa\u91d1\u548c\u8fd0\u8425\u5546\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5408\u8d44\u4f01\u4e1a\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u548c\u97e9\u56fd\u770b\u5230\u7684\u90a3\u6837\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
