\u79df\u623f\u8005\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e0d\u518d\u5e0c\u671b\u5728\u5468\u516d\u5954\u6ce2\u4e8e\u8857\u5934\u6216\u586b\u5199\u6570\u5341\u4efd\u79df\u623f\u7533\u8bf7\u8868\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" id=\"system-readmore\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u201c\u4ed6\u8bf4\uff1a\u201d\u6211\u4eec\u77e5\u9053\u5f88\u591a\u79df\u623f\u8005\u66f4\u559c\u6b22\u5728\u7ebf\u4e92\u52a8\uff0c\u5982\u4eca\u6709 14% \u7684\u79df\u623f\u8005\u751a\u81f3\u613f\u610f\u5728\u6ca1\u6709\u4eb2\u81ea\u67e5\u770b\u623f\u4ea7\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u7b7e\u7f72\u79df\u7ea6\u3002\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\u7535\u5b50\u5546\u52a1\u7684\u7206\u70b8\u5f0f\u589e\u957f\u63a8\u52a8\u4e86\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u671f\u671b\u7684\u6f14\u53d8\u3002\u5982\u679c\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u5728\u7f51\u4e0a\u8d2d\u7269\u65f6\u53ef\u4ee5\u671f\u5f85\u5feb\u901f\u4fbf\u6377\u7684\u4f53\u9a8c\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u4ed6\u4eec\u5728\u9009\u62e9\u4e0b\u4e00\u5957\u516c\u5bd3\u65f6\u5c31\u4e0d\u671f\u5f85\u540c\u6837\u7684\u4f53\u9a8c\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u201c\u5b9e\u4f53\u5e97\u9762\u7684\u5916\u89c2\u5728\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u9886\u57df\u4e00\u76f4\u90fd\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u4f46\u73b0\u5728\uff0c\u6570\u5b57\u5e97\u9762\u7684\u5916\u89c2\u66f4\u52a0\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u201d\u5c24\u6069\u7279\u89e3\u91ca\u9053\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Yount\u8865\u5145\u9053\uff0c\u865a\u62df\u770b\u623f\u8fd9\u79cd\u5728\u65b0\u51a0\u75ab\u60c5\u7206\u53d1\u524d\u5c31\u5df2\u8fc5\u901f\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u73b0\u8c61\uff0c\u5982\u4eca\u5df2\u6210\u4e3a\u79df\u623f\u8005\u9009\u62e9\u4e0b\u4e00\u5957\u516c\u5bd3\u7684\u9996\u9009\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u4ed6\u5f15\u7528\u4e86Yardi\u5bf9RENT\u7684\u4e00\u9879\u8c03\u67e5\u3002<em>\u5496\u5561\u5e97<\/em> \u5728 COVID-19 \u75ab\u60c5\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u8fd1\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00 (31%) \u7684\u7528\u6237\u66f4\u559c\u6b22\u81ea\u52a9\u6e38\u6216\u6ca1\u6709\u504f\u597d\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u201c\u73b0\u5728\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u6570\u79df\u623f\u8005\u5728\u4e0b\u6b21\u5bfb\u627e\u516c\u5bd3\u65f6\u66f4\u559c\u6b22\u81ea\u884c\u5b89\u6392\u770b\u623f\u65f6\u95f4\u2014\u2014\u4e8b\u5b9e\u4e0a\uff0c83% \u7684\u516c\u5bd3\u8d2d\u4e70\u8005\u544a\u8bc9\u6211\u4eec\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7684\u8bdd\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u66f4\u559c\u6b22\u81ea\u884c\u53c2\u89c2\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Yardi\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u7f8e\u56fd\u5168\u56fd\u591a\u6237\u4f4f\u5b85\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u5f00\u5c55\u7684\u8fc4\u4eca\u4e3a\u6b62\u89c4\u6a21\u6700\u5927\u7684\u516c\u5bd3\u5c45\u6c11\u8c03\u67e5\u7684\u652f\u6301\u3002\u8fd9\u9879\u8c03\u67e5\u4e8e2020\u5e74\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u6df1\u5165\u4e86\u89e3\u4e8637.2\u4e07\u540d\u516c\u5bd3\u5c45\u6c11\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\uff0c\u7ed3\u679c\u53d1\u73b0\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">100% \u66f4\u503e\u5411\u4e8e\u4f7f\u7528\u79fb\u52a8\u5e94\u7528\u7a0b\u5e8f\u800c\u975e\u7f51\u7ad9\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">90% \u5e0c\u671b\u5728\u7ebf\u8fdb\u884c\u4e2a\u6027\u5316\u516c\u5bd3\u9009\u62e9\uff0c<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">81% \u60f3\u8981\u516c\u5bd3\u6837\u677f\u95f4\u548c\u914d\u5957\u8bbe\u65bd\u7684\u89c6\u9891\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u7531Yardi\u6280\u672f\u652f\u6301\u7684\u81ea\u52a9\u53c2\u89c2\u7684\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4ec5\u5728\u4e8e\u4fdd\u6301\u793e\u4ea4\u8ddd\u79bb\u3002\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e8c\u7684\u79df\u5ba2\u5e0c\u671b\u6309\u7167\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8282\u594f\u53c2\u89c2\u623f\u4ea7\uff0c\u8fd1\u4e00\u534a\u7684\u79df\u5ba2\u5e0c\u671b\u5728\u975e\u8425\u4e1a\u65f6\u95f4\u67e5\u770b\u623f\u4ea7\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u8fd9\u662f\u5426\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5982\u4eca\u7684\u79df\u623f\u8005\u66f4\u503e\u5411\u4e8e\u9ad8\u79d1\u6280\u4f53\u9a8c\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u4eba\u6027\u5316\u7684\u4e2a\u6027\u5316\u670d\u52a1\uff1fYount \u5c06\u5982\u4eca\u79df\u623f\u8005\u7684\u671f\u671b\u4e0e\u8d85\u5e02\u8d2d\u7269\u8005\u7684\u671f\u671b\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u6bd4\u8f83\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u201c\u6709\u4e9b\u4eba\u559c\u6b22\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u6536\u94f6\u53f0\u7ed3\u8d26\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u4eba\u559c\u6b22\u81ea\u52a9\u7ed3\u8d26\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u4eba\u559c\u6b22\u8def\u8fb9\u53d6\u8d27\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u4e9b\u4eba\u9009\u62e9\u9001\u8d27\u4e0a\u95e8\u670d\u52a1\u3002\u5982\u4eca\u7684\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u5e0c\u671b\u4ee5\u591a\u79cd\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u8fdb\u884c\u6d88\u8d39\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
