In the area of smart, low-carbon transformation, he has pioneered a scientific energy benchmarking methodology for cross-regional portfolios of similar scale and typology, rolling out systematic energy management to more than 100 projects with significant energy savings and carbon reductions. He has led the development of flagship low-carbon projects in Shanghai, Suzhou, Shenzhen and other cities\u2014demonstrating that green operations can shift from a cost center to a value driver\u2014and is driving nationwide deployment of the &#8220;Link-X&#8221; AI system for intelligent monitoring and early-warning in building safety, energy consumption, and equipment maintenance.
