Majority owned by Government of Abu Dhabi\u2019s <strong>Mubadala<\/strong> (42%) and <strong>ENGIE<\/strong> (40%) the company has a strong balance sheet with investment grade ratings by both Fitch and Moody\u2019s and currently delivers <strong>1.35 million refrigeration tons<\/strong> (RT) of cooling services from its <strong>89 plants<\/strong> \u6a2a\u5207\u3063\u3066 <strong>6 countries<\/strong>, eliminating over 1.4 million tons of CO2 emissions annually through its sustainable approach to cooling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Tabreed India Private Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tabreed Asia Central Cooling Company a 75-25 joint venture between Tabreed UAE and World Bank\u2019s International Finance Corporation (IFC). Tabreed India currently has a 32-year concession to develop <strong>Asia\u2019s largest district cooling scheme of 125,000 RT<\/strong> through a <strong>design, build, finance, own and operate (DBFOO) model<\/strong> under a public-private partnership for the upcoming <strong>Hyderabad Pharma City in Telangana<\/strong>. Tabreed India is actively engaging with several leading real estate developers and institutional investors across the country, for implementing district cooling or stand-alone central cooling plants. In a first of its kind deal structure in India, Tabreed has recently signed a concession with Tata Realty, one of the leading private developers in India, to provide<strong> cooling as a service (CAAS) on DBFOO basis for their Grade A commercial campus in Gurugram for cooling loads of 6,600 RT<\/strong>.
