On behalf of APREA, it gives me great pleasure to invite you to participate in the \u30a2\u30b8\u30a2\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u30ea\u30a2\u30eb\u30a2\u30bb\u30c3\u30c8\u30fb\u30ea\u30fc\u30c0\u30fc\u30ba\u4f1a\u8b70<\/strong> on 8-10 November 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year\u2019s flagship event is special for many reasons. It will be our first in-person regional conference after a two-year hiatus, a chance for us to finally meet face to face. Furthermore, we are working enthusiastically to make the Leaders\u2019 Congress interesting, memorable, and successful. We have put together a comprehensive and exciting programme that focuses on the new economy, which has been driving the growth of economies across Asia and beyond. We are also gathering the best and the brightest minds in the real assets industry to share their insights and perspectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Asia Pacific Real Assets Leaders’ Congress will provide an excellent opportunity for institutional investors, developers, asset managers, REITs and InvITs, technology companies, service providers, and everyone in the real assets industry to connect, network, and discuss innovative ideas and feasible solutions that will facilitate the advancement of real estate and infrastructure in  Asia Pacific.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a highlight, we will be launching the APREA ESG Guidebook<\/strong>, a ground-breaking project that provides a framework to enable our members to establish an initial ESG approach. The ESG Guidebook showcases practical ways to build and operationalise an ESG programme of effective governance, with clear action points tailored for investors, developers, and other stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
