Christine Chan, \u00a0Chief Investment Officer (Asia), Link REIT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ms Chan oversees asset investment of Link, covering Asia. She is one of the responsible officers of LAML (manager of Link) for the purposes of the SFO. Ms Chan has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and fund management industry. Prior to joining LAML, Ms Chan held management positions in Harvest Capital Partners, ARA Asset Management (Prosperity) and Hutchison Whampoa Properties. Ms Chan has extensive experience in direct asset investment, debt and equity investment and financing, asset management, REIT and PERE funds set up and management. Ms Chan holds a BSc (Surveying) degree from HKU and a MSC (Global Finance) degree jointly conferred by the NYU Stern School of Business and HKUST School of Business and Management. She is a qualified General Practice Surveyor and a member of HKIS and RICS. She is also a HK Advisory Board member to RICS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hardik Shah joined KKR in 2018 and is a Partner on the Asia-Pacific Infrastructure team. Based in Mumbai, Mr. Shah is responsible for Infrastructure investments in South Asia. He began his career at Macquarie Group in Sydney, where he spent more than ten years across their Sydney and Mumbai offices and was involved in building their India infrastructure business. Prior to KKR, he led Brookfield\u2019s India business and was responsible for building its team and presence. Mr. Shah has led ~USD5bn of transactions in India across various infrastructure sectors such as telecom towers, toll roads, airports, energy transportation and renewable energy.
